Further to my previous review (click three dots then "see edit history"), I thought things had improved after my 4th reinstall when I managed to book leave. However, today it's back to being able to do nothing - tells me I have an alert, but no way of reading it, and none of the headers responds! - when I pick a menu option it crashes, followed by a continuous loop when I log back in - repeated 3 more times! At least yesterday I could view payslips, etc., now nothing, and no developer response

The app just simply doesn't work I can't log on 90% of the time When I try to access a payslip I get 404 errors The payslip itself is very poorly designed No option to get my payslip sent to my personal email The 'old' design on Web has more functionality than their supposed 'new' design Do you guys even put this thing in front of users to test? The entire process of doing anything is appalling.

Terrible app. Won't let me log in, just gets stuck on a loading page. Since there isn't an independent help site for us to get help from we have to turn to management who know less than we do to sort it. So now I don't know my rota, I can't request time off I need, and management is blaming me. Such a stupid and unnecessary app.

My experience with this app, on my android phone, and my iPad, has been absolutely woeful. Thanks to this company's wilful inadequacies, I have had no access to my pay slips, which, I believe, is illegal. This company has made absolutely NO effort to sort out the problems we have had, trying to access our payslips, for over FOUR MONTHS. I will actively discourage any company from doing business with them.

Absolutely rubbish!! Keeps crashing. I re-install it, it works once then crashes again. I think my employer needs a better app

No 'forgot password' button. Hardly anything works on website and is a mess and is confusing. I made a better website on freewebs when I was 12.

Great little idea but logged me out, reset password and it's asking for a certain number on my payslip which is on the app I can't get into

When doing expenses, every time I try to upload a receipt it says resolve errors. Even though there are no error

As someone else said I have to uninstall and reinstall every time I need to use this app. As this is the only way that we can book holiday, see payslips and our shifts this is very inconvenient. Once you can log in the app is ok. This happens on 2 devices. It does say in the description that it may not be optimised for my device but if this is the problem the app needs to be set up to work with a wider range of devices as we can't all be buying new technology every few months. Please fix & reply

New update has fixed the previous bug and it now works fine. Hopefully it stays this way as it is a handy little app. Makes booking time off easier. Although it still doesn't show when my colleagues are on annual leave, so I can't work my dates around theirs which, would be useful. Hopefully they can fix this issue as it just never loads up, even though I've got co worker leave set to show up. I've improved my score to reflect the bug fix but there's still more work needed.

I can only see my coworkers only on floor & not on concessions... I rather the pdf file they sent to us via email. That way you can see who your working with. Then again it could be my phone as I have the Samsung A71

Awful. Worst app I've ever used. Won't allow you to do expenses (the main reason our company have this). Can only use the desktop version and that isn't much better. Will be uninstalling shortly.

Absolute garbage Install the app.and you can only use it once.Try to use it again and it crashes.You then have to uninstall it then reinstall it each time you want to use it I have sent numerous crash reports over the last 4 or 5 months Guess what? The app still behaves the same as before.My new phone is operating on Android 10 so I should not be getting any problems.All my other apps work perfect.

Great app. Love that my shifts are always at hand. Is it possible that you can look at changing how we access the app on our phones?- having to type the same pin number as the one that unlocks my phone doesn't seem very secure to me. Would much rather have to enter the password that we use for the PC version?

Clock in never works and always having technical issues. The clock in button never loads even though I cn watch whole YouTube videos on the WiFi. The app also regularly has technical difficulties and doesn't allow rotas to be updated. Everyone at my work has been experiencing these same problems.

the interface is fantastic; looks great, very intuitive. I much prefer using this now than the web interface. I don't really understand the negative reviews but maybe it relates to an older version I haven't used because this one rocks!

Awful app, firstly the clock would not appear to clock in or out, now the app just crashes every time you try to open it. Access support have been aware of this issue for over two weeks and don't seem particularly bothered about sorting it out. Terrible app, terrible support

Crashes on startup never had any issues for 2 years.... then new feature added and app becomes useless. A note or popup when you reinstall to alert users to a issue being worked on would be a smart choice. Pointless having a clock in function if you can't clock into work.......

Broken, the login stage just gives the loading wheel of death and nothing more. It also tried to open a webpage which throws a 'not found' error. When it did work before I found the app lacking functionality. Will stick to the desktop site.

You can't stay logged into the app unless you have a pin set for your phone... Just let us set a pin just for the app! So many other apps have this basic functionality! Also needs a notification for new payslips. Oh and often, uploading VAT receipts for expenses crashes the app. It's just garbage that unfortunately my company forces me to use.

The update about equality at work will not activate meaning I cannot progress and complete my info updates. Of not finished I will lose access to my staff account. I attempted to email only to be given a 'failed' message. Edit: problems resolved and working great.

Terrible wouldn't log me in for ages, then it did log me in with all the same details it was then ok. But can only check payslips for the last 3 payments and don't think I can check back on others (I get paid weekly) then I go onto the app again and it wants some new code that I never was given or had to set up. Alot of people are having all or some of these issues it is a pain to get anything done at all.

Without a doubt, the worst app I have ever had the displeasure of being forced to use. Horrible, buggy, impossible to see vital shifts when you've forgotten your password, which is often due to it disabling your use of any known password, forcing you to change it to something completely different... I just want to see my shifts. Core HR has ruined work for me.

Calendar doesn't work anymore and clock in times have disappeared. Was working up until a couple of weeks ago. Edit: Calendar and clock in times seem to all be working again fine now as of 12/07/21. Changed my review to 4*

This app do not work. 1. It will say username and password credential not recognize or invalid even though its the same username and password you use when you log in through website, which works. 2. You can't check when you are getting paid next or the cut off month.

Not allowing me to login. Just keeps loading me in but doesn't actually allow me in. Very buggy

Having had the app working until yesterday where I had my email and password remembered. It is now asking for company email and password I have put the details in and it says that they are both wrong.

Does this app ask for User ID password every time you log off or it gets automatically linked to phone biometric authentication. It is behaving different for different phones. For iPhone it is not asking any authentication after successful registration however for Samsung it is asking user id/ password every time I log in.
