Frustrating app. Not intuitive at all. Unable to order remotely - it deletes my order when I try to pay. I only use it to pay for the points (which hopefully will have fun rewards as advertised, but to date haven't seen). I eat at Core Life at least 3 times a week. LOVE the restaurant but the app needs a LOT of work. I'm sure the owners will handle once they realize there is an issue

Convenient when it works, but it wipes out my ordering history on a regular basis. I have a go-to build my own bowl that is quite customized, so it is nice to be able to just quickly select it from a previous order. Not so easy when it deletes my past orders. For example, today, the only thing showing in my past orders was the coconut curry soup, which I got several visits ago. None of my many build-your-own bowls. Very frustrating.

Pick two menu doesn't allow any ingredient changes. So I decided to just order as the dish is. Then it wouldn't even let me order. Kept getting an error that the vendor changed their menu. It told me to replace order. I did. Got same error message. Tried 4 to 5 times still getting error. Uninstalled and reinstalled app a couple times. It still won't work. Uninstalling the app from my phone it's pointless.

It doesn't let you order the pick two combo. After you add the combo and try to go to your cart, it empties the cart and makes you start over. I also don't like how it doesn't verify what card you're using when you check out. There's also no option to order an extra side of dressing. When you get to the store and ask for it they tell you it's an extra charge, but there's no way to add it to the order.

Hands down worst restaurant app I have used. Starts by being confusing and then quickly goes down hill as the app fails to work. From not remembering my password, presenting menu items and then saying they don't exist and wiping out my whole order, having a data breach. The only app I've seen that comes close to being this bad is buffalo wild wings.

This app is absolutely awful. Not only does it kick me out because it doesn't work with newer Android phones, but you can't make modifications on the new pick 2 deals. It's a shame because we use the app for take out a lot, because it was much easier. Guess we won't be eating at corelife as much now :(

After using for several years, I started getting messages that my session had expired. When I submit my email to log in again, I get the same message. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling and rebooting my phone and still get the same thing. Basically I can't use the app which means I won't do business with Core Life.

This app is horrible; useless! I needed to change an order, unable to delete/edit, it gives you the option, however it does not work! Can not pay with a gift card; cc or debit only, and you have to leave it on file!! Not secure enough for me. Should have choice to use PayPal. I uninstalled. This needs work!

Great app for skipping the line of people who don't know how to order. But very buggy and easily breaks. Don't ever add special instructions or your order will be cancelled and you'll need to start over. Any error cancels your entire order, especially frustrating with multiple items

App takes over my phone's display brightness. I open the app and have to go through many iterations of trying to place an order due to the inability of me being able to adjust the apps brightness. I like my phone dim and whenever I open the app, it is at 100% brightness. Also loses my orders. Today (8/7/2020) it is saying I need a newer version for my version of android. Food is still great, though

Absolutely awful. App would be great if it was stable and usable. Removing an item from an order causes the app to crash so you have to uninstall and reinstall. Making a small mistake (adding a tip when restaurant doesn't accept) discards the whole order. App opens to QR code screen with max brightness making it obnoxious if that's not why you opened the app.

I love eating here and the app makes is very convenient to order. Also, I tried to get multiple free $5 credits and was blocked from making multiple accounts on one device (I'm actually very happy about this). The person in charge of the app is very smart which makes me like this place more.

It's okay. It's not as user friendly as it should be. A lot of the times I'll accidentally hit a button, and it will already create the order AND CHARGE me before I am done if I'm not paying attention. You guys REALLY should add a window that says "Confirm Order" and then give us the choice of yes or no. Now I'm frustrated because I have to go to the resturant, pick up my order, and wait in line for a drink. I have to work, so that's why it's crucial for this app to work properly. PLEASE fix!

App does not work on Android. Message "Merchant has updated their menu. Please re-add your items before continuing" message received when trying to order. Has been like this for a very long time, likely causing this business lots of lost revenue. Please update app!!

This app is just useful if your ordering ahead. Other than that it serves no purpose. It dosen't keep track of your visits and it dosen't save orders to your favorites or show recent orders. I have been to corelife like 100x and it shows I have had 0 visits. NOT USEFUL! I DON'T KNOW WHO DID THE APP BUT IT'S THE WORST APP I HAVE USED.

What is up with this app for android. First of all why is it constantly demanding a payment method. Let me decide, if I even want to save a card on this sub par app. Next, why do you guys sell gift cards if the app doesn't even allow it as a payment option anywhere that isn't easily or readily accessible. I'd give 0 stars if that was an option. Please update the website as well as that doesn't have any options for giftcards either.

The app crashes a lot, the "status" keeps jumping so I never actually earn a reward even though I am there multiple times a week. It needs an upgrade badly and a better reward system!

The app no longer lets me order with the latest version of Android. I can pick everything, and then it empties my cart and says "The store has changed their menu". I've ditched multiple orders during covid due to this. Please update your app!!

App is okay. Does what it's supposed to do for the most part. But I've been using it for over two years and haven't achieved a single reward. So I think that part is a scam. I've used the app to pay for food about 40 times with an average order of about $20. That's about $800 with zero rewards to show for it.

No way to sign up without attaching a debit card , checking account or credit card to the app. Had to hit back though each month to enter birth year before 2001. Just gave up and select a random year. Good food there terrible app.

I love corelife, but this app is awful. I've been getting the same error as others have described. It has logged me out saying my session has expired. When I try to log back in or even try to create a new account I get the same error.

As far as I can tell, this app has been abandoned. Wouldn't it be nice if they did the responsible thing and removed it from app stores? Went from handy to a clunker right about the time the food preparation started down the path to wildly inconsistent. Did ownership change hands?

the app works sometimes, it also puts orders in for you without permission and charges your account. DO NOT USE.... quick update, the app has now charged the accounts of 3 of my colleagues with out an order being placed. it seems the app is just stealing money.

Doesn't function anymore. Trying to order: build a bowl, hit review order, "we can't accept any more orders for this time slot". . . I never chose a time slot. Uninstall, try again. Still no. Uninstall, go to different restaurant, get food.

Just redownloaded it and it doesn't give me the option to login to my existing account. Tells me that the account already exists when I try to make a new one. This worked fine for me but if I can't access it the app is useless. Please let me know how to fix this.

The app itself isn't bad I guess, but after the first two orders I placed were made incorrectly, I decided to stop using it. I just feel like I need to be watching my food being made so my order doesn't get screwed up.

New update does not work. Can't log in. Won't be patronizing Core Life until they can fix this and give a decent reward to everyone who's having this issue, not to mention overhaul their rewards in general.

Online ordering is completely broken in this app, and the levelup funds no longer work online through the website. Also, you must preload funds to the app. The salads are great. Wish the app was too.

I only use the app to pay in store, I don't generally order ahead, so I'm not having the issues that others have mentioned. However I would like to make one suggestion. Please include an option for me to leave a tip for the staff.

Just ok....you can order the basics, but you can't order any of the roasted vegetables. Not very intuitive
