Tons of feedback. The caching issue is a huge problem - I magically see listings for other states while checking classes. I had to enter in my zip code 3xs to make it stick. Changing tabs shows the cache issue too. (BuT wHaT iF yOu CleAr ThE cAcHe? this is a fresh install). Also, while scrolling down it's easy to miss when Wednesday ends and Thursday classes begin - does not clearly define the line at all. Especially with your shorter class lists from covid, a shorter day can scroll past fast.

This new app is one of the worst apps I've ever installed on a Smartphone. And there have been some real nut-filled turds. What is amazing is that after all the negative responses here, nothing has changed. Trash. Absolute trash. I'm guessing it was outsourced to some third-rate shop overseas. Corepower, please dump this garbage and bring back the old app. It wasn't good, but it was far superior to this.

How could it be made worse? This app is has extensive lag- it takes so long to navigate between tabs. From the previous version it's missing the goals/counter and intention section, which was rreally motivating. The class schedule and current schedule takes a long time to load. The app isn't intuitive to what most frequently is used. For instance, it's primarily used to book classes and make reservations, yet that's not the initial tab open. The previous app was bad, but this is worse. :(

love the yoga, the app needs some bugs fixed. the teacher list almost never loads properly, which makes filtering by both multiple studios and teachers almost impossible.... the new design and interface of the website and app is much better than before overall, but SOOOOO SLOW to load (or do anything and everything) in the app. but, I do love the yoga (worth repeating)

Almost unusable. Either takes forever to load or more often just doesn't. And all but once or twice when I try to adjust my filters, it doesn't change anything. Frustrating. Old app was much better.

The new app sucks. Hard to find reserved classes. Just too noisy way too many things on. I suggest having all reserved classes easy to locate and update how we view the calendar to book the continuous scroll makes it difficult see the cards for each class.

Love that an overhaul was attempted, but the app is now completely unusable for me since the rollout. Bummer, as I relied on it heavily to plan my classes. Not looking forward to having to use a browser exclusively just to see the schedule.

Love the yoga. The app however is extremely buggy. Almost every time I book a class the booking disappears. It must still register with the system since I've yet to be turned away when I show up for class.

This new update is horrible: app keeps crashing after I open it takes a long time to load, really hard to find the booking and check classes, I get dropped from classes on the app all the time even though I have the confirmation email

The latest update has created a whole mess. The app is soooo slow and clunky that I've avoided booking any classes for weeks. Please fix the lag. Bring back the old app, it worked fine.

Let's update the app and ruin it again. I open the app and have to load my saved filter for the schedule EVERYTIME. Let's continue to be efficient and annoying CPY. 🤦🏾‍♀️

Agree with other users, before the most recent update it worked fine, but now its not even properly tracking my classes, its difficult to maneuver, and I miss the goals section. If I could go back to the last version I would.

Not a fan of the new app design Takes A LOT of time to search for classes at studios I already had set up. Doesn't give me an option to create a quick search or filter like it used to. Looks nice but not functional or easy to use

Terrible New Interface! What have you done CPY? The window to see new classes is tiny and unusable. Please go back to the prior version. Some of the selection buttons aren't visible and not clickable. Roll back please.

The bright white is way too harsh, no option to add classes to your calendar, all the filters from the last version are gone so you can only search one studio at a time. Awful.

The new app is terrible. It shows me classes in California when I try to filter it to my local studio not in California. It is also incredibly slow and glitchy. The old app was great. Why was it changed?

Before this last upgrade this app was simple, quick and easy to use... Now it is non of these things.. terribly slow, hard to use and just an overall terrible upgrade. You've sacrifed function for aesthetic and the result is terribly hard to use app. Did you actually test this app among any real users before releasing, clearly not. This is a classic case of developers sitting alone deciding what's good for users and getting no input from actual clients. Just terrible. I'm very displeased.

Guys give this app a chance, yeah it may take a second or 2 for it to load but its a good app at the end of the day. The best part is its UI is updated! This is refreshing

Been awful since the update a couple weeks ago.. literally going to fewer classes because i can't check quickly where and when they are

This app is great when it works. I love tracking the classes I've completed. I'm frustrated when my app doesn't document the classes I've completed. The real time schedule is a nice feature. Its annoying and terribly inconvenient when the schedule is inacurate. There are times when my husband and I compare our phones side by side and the schedules are different. Android vs iPhone?Again, great app when it works.

great app and tool for booking classes. some opportunities for improvement: 1) allowing users to use the native "back" button or softkey on their phones to return to the previous page, right now it exits the app, a poor UX. 2) it would be great if all teachers had bios! I travel for work and choose classes based on I instructor bio, it helps me understand the type of class I might get. 3) the logo in the top left hand side of screen should have more purpose, otherwise it should say schedules.

Does not give you an option to cancel your subscription in app. You literally have to email them.. seems like a sketchy practice; not making it easy to cancel so I get stuck paying for months because I'm too busy whenever I think of it.. I do like the ability to book online but the rest of the reviews are right.. buggy and could be more user friendly..

I've never been able to figure out why this app is so bad. always defaults my location to Boston even though I went into the settings and put my home studio (on the other side of the country) as default. most the time it doesn't even open. I end up staring at it buffer for 30 seconds and use a web browser to find out the schedule I looking for. I'd really love to use this app but it needs major work done to fix all kinds if errors

Finally logged into my account. Had to be done on the computer first, as the website itself doesn't seem to be mobile-friendly for first-timers (setting a new password was a major pain!). Still don't like this app, because it's not set up for CPY Live. It doesn't show the online schedule or my completed classes. So overall, the app is useless to me.

I love CPY but the app isn't very good. I use it for convenience to book or cancel classes, but it never adds the class to my calendar correctly and doesn't delete the event if I cancel. You can't look at anything really on your account, you have to login on the website for that. It doesn't give you access to on demand, that's another app. And the latest thing is that it doesn't show the recent classes I've attended anymore. I wish it gave more info about classes & teachers description.

Overall, fine. I cannot figure how to modify/delete a saved filter after it's been saved. If it's at all possible, it's not intuitive. Edit: Feedback from developer was really helpful. The filters CAN be edited by holding down, but it is still not intuitive.

It's clunky and confusing. I liked the older version better when it worked.

The update is terrible. Classes take forever to load and book. Also, I can't get on the wait list for classes. I liked the old app much better.

It really did get worse. Now it doesn't even save my filter between uses.

Poor upgrade that reduced fantastic functionality of the old app
