Recent major update is extremely unstable. The UI Was made more confusing, the loading animation doesn't stop and needs to be cancelled by the back button on the phone itself, and I haven't been able to successfully pay with a credit card once. The old app worked fine, but their attempts to modernize it have made it unusable and I need to call in every order now. I hope it gets fixed soon

The app is decent. Some navigation seems a little clunky when customizing an order (ex: no cheese). Maybe check boxes for ingredients or customizations instead of the "Add to Basket" option. It's a little confusing when you customize something and your options are, "Add to Basket" or "Buy Now." Also, keep the menu updated as often as possible. One of my favorite panini's is no longer available (Cali Grille).

This app is okay at best. I feel like there's a lot that you can order or modify in-store than you can do on the app. For example, you can make the espresso drinks iced for one-size only but that's not even an option on the app. It would just be more convenient for those who like to order ahead especially during busy hour. I feel obligated to order in-store more than half the time because this lack of options. Plus, this app could use some work to make it more user-friendly.

The app has issues adding items on the order page. I had to try to check out to make sure it added items then go back to try to add them again. Also it did not take the coupon code that I got in my email so I had to call the store to place an order. What use is the app if I can't use the codes that are supposed to be active and sent through marketing and have to call in the order? The app is not convenient.

The app is so-so. Customers should be able to better customize their orders. For example, if o order breakfast, I should be able to order extra bacon, which you cannot do. Also, the pictures are a bit deceptive, at least for breakfast. The pictures suggest a combo, for example, the pancakes/eggs/bacon combo, but when you click on that picture, you find out you have to pay more for eggs and bacon. Just be honest about what customers actually get.

Wow, what a disappointment this app is. Just trying to place a basic Choose Two order, but there are no pictures of the various salads and sandwiches, not even a basic description of what they are. Also, the UI is like a student developed it as their first project in a UI101 course. I ended up uninstalling the app and walking to the restaurant to order so I'd know what I was ordering. Hint to the developers: Take a peek at the Panera app. This one's not worth taking up space on my phone.

App was great until I got to the point of earning a $0.99 beverage once a week. That was the main reason I'm want to start using it because it sounded like a great reward. Unfortunately when you try to actually use the reward it says that you only get the $0.99 beverage if you purchase an item. If you look at the reward tiers description, it just says that you get a 99 cent beverage. It doesn't say anything about having to buy an item. This has to be some sort of false advertising.

I haven't used the app in 2 years. Just download it again and it still doesn't work. Doesn't let me log in. It slow, buggy, and low quality. Do not recommend.

the app has a lot of potential but has multiple shortcomings that, after a few weeks of giving it a chance, made me uninstall it. first of all, it doesn't take any special codes because a store employee apparently told me it wouldn't work on there. it has multiple options and whole items that are missing from the menu. the app overall is a bland and doesn't even give you rewards, points, or a place to hold your gift card info. the app really does suck compared to others like dunkin or chick fil a

I've tried installing a few months after uninstalling the older version (our local CB closed for a long time, but has now reopened). I've tried 3 times, but after installing each time, neither the Login nor the Register keys work. No response, nothing. My online account still allows access through my browser.

I was never able to order on this app. Kept giving me an error and "Too many Log in attempts" after I was already logged in! I got to the restaurant and ordered in person a lot faster than this app. Which makes this app pointless! Start all over from scratch and re-create this. It doesn't work!

The app takes a long time to open or switch windows. When you order and customize you have to go backwards thru screens or it won't add to cart. Also won't let you make changes or edit items in cart, like changing drink in a kid's meal, you have to delete and start over.

I love the food but when I try to order from the app I get an error saying "external store number not found" when I press order now after selecting a store, so I have been ordering a lot less because I can't figure out how to fix it. Tried reinstalling the app and it doesn't work.

My kids love corner bakery and I love saving time. This app allows me to solve only one of those problems because it's a giant PAIN IN THE GRASS to use. The interface is unintuitive. It often resets your order inexplicably as you try to build your order. The clickable zones are head scratchers. The "scan your credit card" didn't work. I mean seriously. I don't know what app company you guys use but they should be blacklisted from the industry for such shoddy and cobbled together ser experience.

Corner Bakery is my favorite lunch haunt, it's right accross the street and offers plenty of delicious and healthy options, and now they have built a great app with ultimate flexability to customize every part of your order. Not to mention, the regional manager (I am guessing that's what her title is, she is only there occasionally) for the Memorial store is absolutely gorgeous!

Duplicate order.... no "service" or "help" link... if there is a problem, you are out of luck and you will be charged double or triple. I guess that I need to spend my time calling my credit card. This app is a disaster. Be forewarned you may end up paying double or triple for your order. I hate to say, but this app is kind of a scam. It is shocking that a big business like corner bakery is so unprofessional.

Troublesome App More times than not, I can't even manage to get logged into the app. Even when I do, I can never get it to accept my coupon codes. Therefore, I always end up just having to go place my order in person in order to be able to get my discount.

Great service. The menu in the app describes each item completely so you know exactly what you're getting. It's super easy to order, pay and tip. Love this!

The service at the Lakewood location has deteriorated since reopening. I have received incorrect items, items were missing completely from my orders and food has been later than requested. On numerous occasions I have to wait a substantial amount of time for my order. When I complained tonight the cashier advised to give a bad review on Yelp. I was told the kitchen staff is deliberately moving slow to delay the orders. This is poor customer service and the management team needs to address this.

Easy to use to order delivery. You get points for every order, you can customize your order and they get it right. Plus, you're always getting rewards just for using it, and $5 for signing up!

App is glitchy during check out process. Will tell you continuously that something went wrong and to try again. Order won't be placed, but credit card is charged multiple times.

My go-to for consistently fresh, fast and delicious food without the guilt. The staff is always kind and friendly and the restaurant is very clean, especially with covid-19 restrictions. Always a treat and the free coffee has been AMAZING.

One of the worst things about this app, is everything is taxed, regardless of what is ordered. Cold foods, like cold sandwiches & salads taken to go are not supposed to be taxed. Ordering through the app, it charges taxes on these cold items, yet ordering in-store, not taxed. Unless you dine in, then you are charged a dine in tax. So why is everything in this app charged with taxes on each & every item? I pay less by ordering in-store than by using the app.There are no rewards, no incentives.

This app needs a little work. Please include the use if a gift card for payment. Defeats the purpose of selling them in store and can only use it there, when you have an app...

Order was missing items and I tried calling the store multiple times but no one picked up. There is nowhere in the app to claim missing items or anything

Right now, there seems to be an issue with the app. I keep getting an error on the app, but it's really good otherwise.I have not had any issues until today but getting same issue when I want to login to the website.

Lots of problems. Can't just place an order. Invalid token is the latest. Tried so many times to use this app and one response from the developers but nothing since. Somebody needs to do some revamping. Continues to be bad...

I used to like this app before today. I placed an order on this app for LOADED POTATO SOUP. I included my phone # when I placed the order per the app's instructions. When I arrived to pickup my order, I found an empty bag on the shelf telling me to "See cashier." That's when I was told that they had no LOADED POTATO SOUP and asked if I wanted another flavor - INSTEAD OF CALLING ME BEFOREHAND. The manager gave me some "3rd party" excuse about why they couldn't call me instead. I want my refund!

Worst app ever. Love corner bakery but it takes forever to try and place an order. Just spins endlessly at every step. Just spent 30 minutes trying to enter an order.

Latest version app will crash if I click the order button. Tried on both pixel 4xl and pixel 6 pro, same issue. Please fix it. Was a great experience though.
