I use to get a white screen also for quite awhile.tried unistalling and reinstalling many times with no change.just updated again and now seems to be working.for how long,who knows.
Android phones became un anle to use with no explination. Didn't even inform people in customer service who tried hadr to help. Inexcusable.

It used to work well until Thursday when it said there was an update available which I did and now all I get is a blank screen. I have uninstalled and reinstalled 6 times and it still doesn't work... :( I called the credit union to no avail... :( I can access my account on my laptop, just not the mobile app.
Cornerstone Credit Union is an amazing company. Everyone I deal with in our local office or in their home office is so friendly and courteous. They are very effective at protecting my money and inform me immediately if something doesn't look right and they deal with it. I would recommend Cornerstone Credit Union to anyone looking for a secure place to keep their funds.
I love how convenient the app is! My only request would be to add the option to view the items pending in auth holds, like incoming paychecks and the like.
Very handy. The instant balance feature is nice. I like being able to deposit a check remotely. Would like to see auth holds.
I really enjoy this app because online banking is helpful overall. I really wish there was more detail and information in the content of the app.
Once I bought my new phone, the app no longer works. I think they need to update it. I now have to go to the website and log in every time.
I have to constantly reinstall this app and repeatedly call my credit union every single time I try to use it.
I havent been able to make an internal transfer for days. I put money into my savings to set aside for something and now I just can't access it.
App not working anymore deleted it and reloaded still won't open
Flat display with no reaction to taps, data entry, etc.
Doesnt currently work on galaxy note10+. Will update when it works.
The only problem I have had with app is the picture deposit for paychecks before I got direct deposit

When I did the last update on this app, my phone only shows a white screen. I've contacted the CU 2 weeks ago and I'm told my phone is too old. Either fix the app so I and many others can use it or be willing to buy me a $1200 phone.
