When you sync up a new accucheck guide monitor, dont try to pair it up with the bluetooth on your phone first. Go through the app and the spot to put the pin in will pop up. That's where I went wrong. It syncs up great now. It would be awesome though if you could sync up a second monitor that is the same model as the first as I have one I keep with me when I'm at work or just out and about

Best of the best. No more writting down numbers and food diaries. They literally have thought of everything. I love the easy way it auto syncs wirelessly with my Bg meter, & the way it shows me instant info and trends, counts my carbs and keeps track of my activities and records all of it so when I or my Doc wants a report, it's as simple as sending an email. I haven't wanted for anything since using this app. I promise, give it a try, I'm confident you will feel the same as I do.

I tried emailing my concerns and I guess the tech just didn't get what I was saying. So I sent him a screen shot with what I was talking about and a big circle with an arrow. He still didn't understand! Bugger!!!! I have 2 reasons I hate this app. 1. You not manually insert the test results from your meter into this app? 2. The average daily carb totals and calorie totals are very misleading. It should only be a daily tally. Until I understood it with an average daily I ate way too many calories and carbs.

Only fit for syncing. I have one meter I keep in my purse which cannot be synced. There should be a way to enter BG readings manually. If this minor issue can be fixed, I will happily give a 5 star rating. The app is easy to setup by the way.

Discovered this app from diabetes pamphlet given to me in the hospital and it is AMAZING!! SO user friendly and connects to my glucose meter so I don't have to manually enter them. It compiles reports that I can print and take to all my medical care team appointments. The comprehensive food list in their bank is amazing!! Super easy to track everything I eat, including name brands!! And the accompanying website for meal planning, diabetic information, and community is fantastic. Love this app!!

Wish it would total up everything at the end of the day and list it somewhere. Lots of food but the nutritional info is often incorrect. Small pics wish they could be made bigger. Average at best.

I find this app far more superior than all others out there! It is concise and very easy to use. It would be of even greater use it added logging of blood pressure readings. I especially love the food, medicine, and exercise logs. Their databases are pretty extensive with the ability to customize. One real wish is to incorporate sinking with the Freestyle Libre 14 Day CGM.

I like the app but I have to sync it to my meter every day to track results. This causes my meter to show an error and I have to reset it. I get no error on my meter except when I sync it to the app. I'm considering deleting the app and just keeping the info on my meter. It helps to see it on the app but it's not worth the hassle.

My ability to be able to log on the app ended when I opted not to give them my phone number. This leads me to believe that their program was created only as a sales tool for whatever products they are hawking. The website is no help either. "Ask Sophia" answered my question before i was finished typing which is very suspicious.

I download app on Samsung Galaxy S10+, created a user name and password. Went to sync my Tandum pump & app crashed. Restarted phone & still crasjes. So, went to computer to sign in & says user name doesn't exist, so tried to sign up but after I enter all info & hit continue it doesn't do anything.

App does not work. Will not take the log in credentials I set up on the website. Won't even send me a forgot password link. Android 10, UI 2, Galaxy Note 9 Uninstalling and moving on to something else.

Will not allow me to login using my existing cornerstone for care account. Keeps saying account not found even though I have it open in a tab on my browser so I definitely have one. Won't allow me to make a whole new account. Basically useless & frustrating which is the last thing anyone needs right now.

I started to download the app and couldn't get past the meter set up because my Libre CGM wasn't on the list. I was really looking forward to seeing the other things offered through this app.

Wouldn't let me insert my 6 digit code. It skipped over it. Then said it couldn't find my meter. I cleaned casch. Cleaned memory, uninstalled, re installed, Still the same thing. It skips over the 6 digit code, CANNOT MANUALLY insert the code. HELP. .

i like the content, but even though they sent me the equiptment, I can't get my meter to sinc up with my phone. I can't seem to find a number to contact anyone for help, either.

i was not even able to pass login screen. the app was crashing. It force to provide you personal information and trying to send something that dont nèed. Useless! !!!!!!!

How to sync a verio flex meter. The VF Meter has micro USB. My phone is also uUSB. Do I need a secial cable? The Verio Flex is also capable of synching over Bluetooth!

Issues i have encountered 1. History is not chronological, cannot make it right. 2. Cannot delete an an event 3. When creating a report, should be able to look at 3 months of data, not just 1 mo

Doesn't work. When I try to set this thing up; It asks for some kind of pin (I have no idea what it is), it says it's either "0000 or 1234", but neither one works. Totally disappointed! How do return to manufacturer?

Eàsy app. Nice people in the çompany. Device is aweßome. People who puts 1-3 stars and the lame comments need to try calling for help. Besides the app is free. Also not all apps can't work well on all the phones and tablets. It's usually the maker on said device's in which the software they put on device's. So talk to the company whom put tablets ánd phones. Quit putting this app down with negative feedbàck. App is free they could have charges and they don't.

I have a question before it gets a higher rating. Do You have to sync it Daily? Because I did it yesterday but it didn't link my sugar this Morning. Not going to mess with hooking it up and syncing Daily.

Did not work. Installed it, tried to make an account but none of the buttons would lead to anything. To bad it looked like an interesting app.

Right now i cant get on the app i need to upload my info and it wont except my login info.. i tryed changeing my infi and it still isnt allowing me on.. plus when i was on i have to try over n over to get it to upload. I get a lot of errors

Won't create account! Help Android version 9. Created account on website still can't sign into app? Update: no matter what, this app will not accept my signup or signin.. I give up!

Could not have the same meter on a different app. Made it so I had to use 2 different apps every time I took a reading.

the cheap ass cord they send with the care package dont even work. do some research because there is way better free apps for diabetes type 1 tracking

Taught me a lot about diet and helped put things into perspective. Great for monitoring diabetes.

This App is not useful. I could not sync my meter. I tried, tried, tried and tried to sync my meter.

Great diabetic help, would be perfect if my Samsung fit2 was able to connect to app.

Wont connect without 4 digit pin which glooko has no clue abput. App sucks as well as glooko bluetooth
