Corp E-Passbook

Worst banking passbook app I've ever seen. From past more than 1 month, it is not showing my updated balance. It is showing more than 1 month old balance only. Whenever I'm trying to refresh the balance, it always gives me an error. Tried unistalling and installing again. Still same problem. There is no use of any such app when i cannot see my balance and transaction history. Seriously, fed up with corporation bank and their services. Even their UPI also remains down more than half of the times.

I have been trying to open my account on this as well as the other corp ease app and it has been a week with no success whatsoever. I used to like this app because it used to be easy to use. Enter the 6-digit m pin and you are in. Now, there is some sms button which never works. Not once have I received the otp or the sms has been sent. The current update is a really annoying one. I'm spending hours trying to log in. And it never works. Please do something to better the app.

Even an app made by a person during the holidays is better than this Update: what the app doesn't tell you but the other reviews did is that for it to work you have to go to the settings of the app and ensure all permissions are enabled, especially the telephone one. App info -> app permissions -> telephone (enable)

This application is developed by the worst developers of the country. They have forget to maintain it after the deployment. I am facing the same issue from months. The app is not responding after I click on the Send SMS button. Please, resolve this issue at your earliest possible.

Getting an OTP to get access to the account takes forever, sometimes no oto is sent and then an error pops up saying something went wrong. Pls update your app to be user friendly. It's a digital era and u cannot even get a working app is absolutely appalling!!!!

I am using this app since last 2 years. It does not get refreshed for next transaction at the earliest. It consumes lot of time. Since 13th September, 2019 my App was not getting refreshed. I contacted my Branch and was informed to uninstall the App and Install it again. I followed the directions. Now my App is not getting activated. Please look in to the matter.

It's not working app couldn't send SMS, at first I thought it might be because I am using XIAOMI phone, then after I tried to do from Samsung phone, then also its not working. Many times rebooted phone, install, uninstalled and reinstalled the app then also its not working. Plz fix this issue.

Even after changing all the settings still facing a lot of issues in the app I need to apply for loan and and I can't get the bank statement from app. Worse app ever. If there was a option of posting screenshot I would surely wish to upload so many from the corp E-PASSBOOK app.🤬🤬🤬

This app is not working after update. At the time of opening this app it asks to send sms for verification of registered mobile no. but inspite of sending sms from my registered mobile number no verification is going on, nothing happens. How this bug of your app can be fixed.

Waste app..I cant see my Account only even though my n.o is Linked with A/c its saying has "NO ACCOUNT LINKED WITH THIS N.O". I Request this app developer to fix all the Bugs and Issues in this App and Provide an update to this app with Latest Version, So that everyone can Access they're Account Safely and Securely, without any Issues give a Good Facility to people and lead a way to a Digital Payment. The send sms option is not wrking at all & nothing ever happens, please have the same fixed Thanks Have sent an email to but no one cares to even respond. Finally I found a solution for the send sms issue, in the application permission enable the phone & then try it worked me 2 star as the app is helpful for me but the developer doesn't care to respond

After the latest update now its just a scrap. After opening the app it ask to register sending a sms by clicking the "Send SMS" button below. After clicking the button it takes us to our sms app of the device and we have to manually send the sms but after that sms is delivered,nothing happens. Why you people release update without thoughrouly checking it?

What is wrong with the developer of this app. The app is absolutely not working since the last two updates. Authentication problem. No response from bank towards authentication process initiated by the app. Admin Plz solve this problem or discontinue this app. I have been complaining from 6th Jan about the problem in the app. Can't the developer fix this??

try to maintain in uptodate stage. no update with the regular transaction. so poor. i think it is not useful if it is being in this version. please improve the software. even ur internet banking also poor. old one is in good condition.

Facing issues while accessing my account. Can't view my updated passbook statement from last 2weeks. I guess it's a server issue. Kindly update us about the software upgradation in advance.

i can't able to download my account statement. There is no option for it. Moreover, e-mail account statement is not working at all. If i choose PDF, it returns unable to process, if i choose Excel, it returns success but email not coming. kindly do something needful.

I have using this app since 2 years but from last month i am not able to open this app i think it is bug but why IT sector of this bank not work properly it always redirect sms page then after nothing happen. So as soon as solve the issue.

Loved it!! serves the basic purpose of passbook and a light weight app which is less than 10mb. The features like offline mode and generation of statement to email makes this app excellent.

The app is not worth of 1 star also the worst bank app ever seen in starting i was easily login into my account pass book easily but recently from 4 days it is not working properly i cant refresh my pass book and when we try to login it shows update to the latest version i have uninstalled and downloaded it 10 times but nothing happend ailve my problem as fast as possible

Send SMS is not working. It's neither redirected to message app nor it sends SMS automatically. Please have a look into it ASAP. The app will be useless if we are unable to login into app.

The app is not working. My A/C is in Corporation Bank. After the sms is sent, it asks to manually enter registered mobile number. Then it reports the request could not be completed. I tried several times but no success.

I really don't know why this app is on the play store, when it's not working. This app says "To begin e-passbook registration, app will send an oto to validate your mobile number". When I requested it doesn't generate any sms/otp. I fed up by trying and trying.

App is not working since I installed it on my new phone. Sms for mobile number verification is not sent and therefore it doesn't proceed further. After installing and uninstalling many times it is not responding. Please check as I was using it three days back and suddenly no response at all.

The earlier version was working well. But, after the new updated version is introduced it has become trash as it is not possible to instal the same. So many customers are complaining and the Bank is not able to fix the problem, which shows their inefficiany and callousness. If they are not able to fix this problem it is quite shameful and this is not expected from a nationalised Bank.

I have downloaded the app and once you open it, it asks us to send sms to register. I have done this six times now but nothing has happened after that. Till now, no access to passbook. Totally useless app. What purpose it serves, only the app creator knows.

This application registration Process is worst !! Why to spend so much of money in making application like this. For registration its asking to send a message. You should provide other options to user 1. Sending a message to user registed mobile number and validate it. 2. Making a IVR call to user. 3. You can also implement OTP based registration Developer doesnt even have sence, how an user will register if he doesnt have balance or if he use simcard on other phone. Waiting for reply!!
