This app worked very well earlier. Now not sure what's wrong with it. It doesn't allow login. Takes only to the initial registration view and doesn't proceed further. Sends junk message to some number and nothing happens. What happened? Can you fix it ASAP. Update: I had to fix the issue myself after a lot of trials by changing the settings on my phone. Unfortunately none from the corp bank bothered to address the issue. Now that the app is working, i have upgraded the rating to 4.

Not able to get OTP to verify mob number. While opening the app, you have to 'agree' and it takes you to next page where you can ask for Debit card pin or continue. Once you press continue, it takes you to message page where you get a text on the area where you type messages. The app is supposed to send it and get an OTP but nothing happens. I tried sending the msg to the sender but no response. As of now, it is a totally useless app

Am unable to open the app in my new one plus 8 phone. As I click on the app, it asks me to fill debit card details, etc...once filled, it says I am successfully registered. But when I open the app, again the same process repeats asking my debit card details. So frustrating and unable to use the app. There is no way to mail or phone for help as no info is given. Terrible experience.

Worst app. After migration downloaded the Corp Ease app. It is not easy at all after trying to register it creates an SMS for verification if the SMS is created and after you send the chances of receiving a reply with OTP is one in ten. If you are lucky enough to receive an SMS than the automatic reading does not happen and it is timeout and a error message is created. You cannot feed the OTP manually as it does not allow. So after over 50 SMSes over two days still not able to register.

after long time , they have upgraded and enhanced the features. account statements, transaction details everything gets updated instantly, and fund transfer is also working pretty good, there is no lag in app, make the app work 24/7, if we receive imps transfer from other banks to corp account, it doesnt get instant credit in account, takes around 10 to 15 mins to get credited. kindly speed up to instant credit.

I don't know what they have taken into consideration while designing this app. You add Beneficiary through a PC successfully but it won't get updated in the app and vice versa.. Please rectify so that I need not keep adding beneficiaries twice. Otherwise the app is easy to work with.

There is one big mistake in this app. If you have two corp accounts which attached with two different mobile numbers then you can only register one corp ease account in a single device. No matter how many times you uninstall and reinstall the app or login/logout in this app. First time I have installed corp ease app and registered it with my savings account. After that I have never succeed to register it with my C/A in that same device. Though both number running in one mobile. Please fix it.

I had been using corp app since from 3 years. It was nice. But after integrated with UBI, facing lot of problems . Due to locked user id, After allowing app permission for all, I try to unlock id, but could not able to autofetch OTP and also could not able to enter OTP manually for resetting Password. They should be allowed to enter OTP manually also instead of autofetching OTP.

Yes, it is true that there is room for improvement. It is very user friendly. Ensure from the branch that your mobile no. is updated in correct format and you have an active debit card. Rest all is easy. We can keep the debit card blocked always. Unblock it only when necessary. Block it again after use. Is it not safe enough? I rate this 4.5 / 5.

My android (Samsung) handset broke, and I got a new one (samsung a20s). All the apps got transfered to my new handset. But only problem with this app. Just giving error messages saying "unable to fetch no". How stupid, because m getting the one time sms's to confirm the phone phone no. And still these error messages keep coming. This is so so frustrating...new school academic year is about to begin and I am stuck...everything is moving slow and getting delayed. Somebody do something...HELP!!!!!

Highly irritating app. While initial set up, 10 times I had to try so that the App fetch the mob number. Now 3 times tried to feed the debit card details. "Unable to process the request" is the message. My foot!. If set up is such hell, how reliable will this app, that also for a bank account!! Horrible.

Worst experience , Never seen such a Bank App like this. I have used many bank Apps, but not like this one ( @ App development team, May I help you ? Coz I'm a developer ). Can't able to enter OTP manually. It automatically detect and shows an error. More than 100 times, I have tried. It fails to fetch data (OTP).

The user experience is horrible. I am unable to access the Corp Ease aap and it's features. Everytime i open the app and login into it, it shows me "Unable to fetch mobile number. Please try again later". As i have tried many times, it shows me the same. Please resolve my problem as soon as possible as I am very much in problem by it.

I'm facing this same problem , I'm trying to register into this app. Spent almost half day in sending the verification sms. It says "ATTEMPTING TO AUTO READ OTP" and it never reads the OTP. We don't even have the option to enter OTP MANUALLY. This very irritating. It never reads any otp, Simply goes back to starting. Please fix this

There is no option of half star if such option may available I would definitely give half star. My experience is very worse as when I changed my mobile and number I followed procedure to install app. Messages and mail has also received me that you have successfully registered. But when I tried to login, it repeatedly and every time asking me to follow same procedure again and again. It is very frustrating.

This app has a technical issue in the very beginning. It doesn't read the OTP at all after multiple attempts and doesn't allow us to enter the OTP. Have got this problem checked with two branches and they too have no clue on this!! The customer service mail is sent and still no response received. In one word Pathetic App!!!!

Very Bad app, Developer who has developed has not followed use cases. From last 5 days I am trying to generate pin I am not able to do. Every time I sent message, when otp comes meanwhile when deduction message comes from Airtel operator the session of the app is lost and again I have to send message and this process continues and and never ending. Till now I have lost around 50 rs sending message... This app is useless and pathetic. And developers who have developed are monkey developer.

Simply put, a very useful app. Works well. An excellent app. However, sometimes there can be issues of server overload. If the payment or credit/debit check is not urgent, then the problem gets resolved in time.

Worst app. I have been trying to login since close to 3 months and once I complete the pin generation process it comes back to the same page. The bank says the app is not compatible with Android 11 version. Such a stupid excuse. Really fed up with it. Have asked me to do net banking.

The corporation bank website and app is the worst banking app which I have seen. The app is not responsible enough. It does not work during bank non working hours. The navigation is very tough. The app is very slow. The site and app is always down. Every time there is an update we need to update the neft details again and again. Just because I have ex's I am used g it. Else I would not prefer or suggest the bank for anyone.

Well initially it was manageable however the latest update has been worst.It does open my account but unable to give me any details showing as 'Account not found' or 'Unable to process' . But those digitals ads seems to work to pop fine in the app.I tried cleaning the caches but with no work at all. Dissapointed.

I don't know why people are giving 1 stars without even properly using this app. This app is an amazing tool for Corporation Bank customers! You can get Mini Statement, you can do fund transfer, you can pay bills, you can request for cheque book, credit card, etc., you can even block/unblock your debit card, you can open a FD and there are many more things out there. It is great that Corporation Bank has, after such a long time, has availed its customers this kind of app. Kudos to you!

Unable to update from two days, when ever trying to update, waiting to download apears on screen. Without update, app is not being opened and we are unable to do any transaction or view statements etc. This is really very disappointing.

After updating to the lastest version the app does not open. It says your phone is rooted. Though my phone is not. For the older version. Pl resolve at earliest. Till the previous version very user friendly and an excellent app.

Corp EASE is an Amazing app !!!. I really like the way they designed. It is very user friendly and Fast. I am sure everyone enjoy once they start using it. However i am giving only 4 Star because one important utility is missing which is a "Chat Service". User will have some sort of issues doubts..etc..so instead of sending email, calling .. chatting to an online resource will be much better.
