This app is not at all responding to my SMS after attempting for so many times.

I am not able to log in to the app after changing my mobile handset.

This app is developed by the bank with good intention. But, its good for nothing ...its not working properly. Two years back I had updated my mobile number, Since than I tried more than 100 times to login and tens of times complained to the Bank, no response at all....

1 transactions not getting updated after 11.08.2017 when my branch migrated to new software 2. 2018 holiday list not yet updated 3. Balance updation in accounts takes place after a long time. 4. Since transactions are not getting updated, personal ledger facility is of no use. 5. Please update the app and enable all d features of passbook, online banking and otherz in one integrated app

Doesn't update to latest account balance. The main purpose of the passbook is to show every transaction. In my case, it has to stopped to 10-15 transactions behind & says it's updated. And, sometimes it refuses to login saying incorrect pin. Please, fix these issues. This app deserves 5 stars if these issues are fixed.

UNABLE TO LOGIN. App worked great until a few days back when account no's were changed by Bank. Now passbook is not getting updated. It takes months together to update transactions. I tried getting my account statement in pdf form, but that is also not happening, Also cannot view account details. Please fix

Just unable to login. Till yesterday it worked fine. But today it just would not budge. I uninstalled and ever since unable to restart. OTP says getting generated but neither it's coming in my messages nor in my email. I am worried if my security is compromised somewhere. Very frustrated about this right now .

This app was working fine earlier. But since last few months the sync does not work for weeks together. The main intention of using this passbook app is to know the transactions and balance. But this app fails to us upto date because of very irregular data sync :-(

I had epassbook. Worked very nicely. Somehow got stuck on 19/10/17 inspite of resfreshing day after day. Eventually I uninstalled and installed again. It just keeps on giving network not available error. Tried with mobile net and also wifi. Other apps and even other corporation app works . Not sure what's wrong

Trying for last 3 days after reinstalling the app but Still OTP does not receive after repeated request. Now completely fed up.

Its a problems during the login. Msg will display network unavaillable. But am sure my network is very good but its tell bad network

Used to work fine earlier. Last few months entries ate not being updated for weeks..so dont have a real time view of transactions. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling..now it tells me no network..even though full network exists. Please update the app or take it off Playstore. No point in having it available if it does not work!!

Disgusting. Previously the app was working fine but feom last some days it is updating, sometimes opeing balances are mismatching, some entries are missing and balances are adjusted with showing entries. Dont know what had happened, now i m unable to login also ,,- stating session timed out or invalid OTP.

This is a third class application as corporation bank. No up to date server data for real time transactions. Services are really poor..

I have to manage 12 To 15 accounts of family with Corporation Bank. But this passbook support only 1 account. Its too much troubling. It should support multiple accouts.

It is quite slow do not get updates,I did 5 transaction but it still shoe d same balance ,u cannot download statements properly .

Worst app. Just unable to login. So far I have tried it for more than 100 times to log on. But same msg... Invalid user ID or password. What d hell u people r doing . Why don't u resolve it.

Unable to login. It says invalid login details though I m entering correct login details. Corp s always sub standard when it comes to online banking related things.

Finally they have linked this app with node of bank database. Its updating now. After 3 months. I didn't expect that after i screwed one person over this app, it would work soon. It seems no one in corp bank knew this app is not working. Pathetic developers.anyway enjoy guys. But u can see transactions only from 10.3.2017 that's when they migrated to finacle

Says moon invalid when I just created it 2 min ago. Switched off app retried still did not work

This app is the most neglected one by the bank. If at all it worked, it would give incorrect data. Now unable to login, says no network available to login but I can post this comment on the same network.

This app was working ok before one year then it stopped updating my account balance. And now once I uninstalled and reinstalled it's not working. Its showing no network with mobile internet and wifi both. Useless app

- Not able to generate E-Statement - Closing Balance shows correctly but without supporting entries. - few Transaction are missing. -not getting old Account data due to new system update. -Online Payments need to reflect promptly as its E-Passbook.

Transactions do not get updated dynamically. I have to uninstall and re-install the app for the transactions to update within the app. I have sent a mail regarding the same but nothing is done to rectify this issue

I dnt lyk it now bcz from many days i m unable to log in into it. it always told me that USERID/MOBILE NUMBER is invalid whether both are ryt.

Unable to login. It always gives an error stating that network is unavailable, try again. I switched between mobile data & Wi-Fi network but the error is still there.

Unable to login for last several days. Uninstalled and then installed again, but still not working. Need more development.

App display that you can get data from 2013 but can't get data of may 2017 or the earliest... so not helpful to get the statement or any other use.

Always says your net is slow while all other apps runs properly. I think this particular app needs 10G speed.
