Worst reward app ever seen. Since they have migrated to new server no reward points are getting added. Neither the member support solved the problem as on date. Mailed them several times, called customer support but always get the answer that Have Patience, our team is working on the issue and I m getting this reply for around one year. PTHETIC AND DISGUSTING SERVICE. And they are trying to compete with private players. U need to shut down the loyalty reward program instead harrasing customers.
New bug :- After I type the amount and proceed for payment after clicking the SUBMIT button, a message pops stating 'Payment through points is mandatory for this transaction' . Now I have enough points which covers the recharge amount then why is this app not allowing me to proceed with payment ? Developers kindly look into this error and resolve it. Thank you
A very sloppy job. The app isn't optimised for mobile screen. The option button on the top LHS, cannot be accessed without refreshing the rewards point counter. The mens grooming category is repeated.
Worst experience. Whenever I try to redeem the points, it simply gives a message min. bank points should be 1000 to redeem even though I am having more than 2000 points.Even though I have complained, nobody is responding the issue. I am very happy with SBI Rewards and Central bank of India App.
unable to utilize My rewards points for Movies. such a worst App I had ever seen. when I tried to contact the toll free number it's connecting to SBI rewards points. very unfortunate.
They are literally chor... Still not got my products.... Worst experience ever... Worst app... I have already redeemed the points for buying merchandise... Now the app is not opening ...its more than 10 days no parcel received yet. . And the worst no contact or message... The app is only not opening in my phone... Is there anybody out there to help me with the query..
No proper navigation assigned. App takes more times. For clicking recharge, ...app gets closed. It tooks 20 minutes for only for register and login. Please make a stable version.
Pathetic app. Even though i have more than 1000 points yet it shows error that I don't have 1000 points. Also it deducts points for that failed transaction. Wish I could give 0 stars. Also wish that I could stop sharing my transaction data with this fraud company
worst experience. I tried to recharge from corp reward points but recharge failed and points deducted and a message i was displaying that "You need minimum 1000 points for the first redemption" I was having 1079 points in my corp reward app
Very disappointing to have an account with corporation bank and program like corprewardz associated with it, every time I tried to sign up with app it says " Number not found in our system" Totally rubbish calls customer support of both bank and rewardz programme but they didn't provide me any solution, I will convey my msg to all reading this review never open an account with corporation bank.
very very worst service, past 2 years not credit my point to my account. almost 2 years i was send so many several email and toll free complaints. still nobody response.
The system of rewarding the customer is good.. But this app is not upto the mark.. The recharge success percentage is just 50%..half of the time the recharge is a failure.. Kindly rectify the issue
Till now app is good. But the products sold on the app are of the cheapest quality. I redeemed my 1500 points for a wallet. I Got a wallet of RS 50. These types of wallets are sold on footpaths in our area.and the PRICE OF THE WALLET WAS MENTIONED AS ₹350 ON THE APP. DISGUSTING.
I used it for DTH recharge and it worked fine. There is no "JIO" as option on the operators list for mobile. Kindly add JIO as it would be very helpful.
Nothing is working. Don't know how they bought this to play store without even testing it for basic features. Can't recharge mobile or DTH. Poorest of the poor app
Hi friends, This app is really dispointing me when account sign up creating at time error showing internal server errror even many times tried but same error what the hell of problem with app

Terrible App.. nothing works. There's no App maintenance and it takes forecer to refresh your account balance! If u call them they ask u to use the website!!!
Terrible. Have been unsuccessfully trying to login. They say the mobile number is not updated while the bank claims it is !! Toll free number .... 1212 no response. Disgusting ! All hype but no show !
Bakwas.. you are trying to fool customers. I tried several times to redeem my points, but it always shows " Sorry we are unable to process your request ". Even i called up cust care and narrated issue but still no solution.
Nonsense app. Trying to book movie tickets but won't even let me type the venue, movie or date. Can't use this for booking at all!
I had installed it on a new device, unable to login from new handset. Can log from desktop but on new phone, it says Password or User ID invalid, even customer care unable to help

Why do you give points if you want redeem us after 1000 points collection.We should be able to whatever amount of points we have.This condition of redeeming after 1000 points is very bad.Uninstalling this app.
Worst app ever seen they update their rewards after 3 to 4 months. And another is that u can do ur 1st transaction, only when u hav 1000 coins balance, which is so disappointing.
nothing working..i was doing some recharges to my mobile no(bsnl)..but no options worked and also..insipte JIO has been on existence since last 2 years but yet this app dont supports rechages to that operator numbers.
0/5. One of the worst apps available on playstore. Does not let me change the password. It shows that my phone "number is not registered and to get my KYC done." Even after getting it done I still get the same message. If I try to sign-up for the account assuming that my number really might not be available, it shows the message that the "user already exists". This is going on for whole 1 year. Have sent numerous emails to customer support but no reply. Lost my Reward points in the meantime.
