Tried so many times to open the app. it doesn't work. it's really bad as the bank suggest to use mobile app. But if it doesn't open, how to use it.
Need lot of improvement...takes a lot of time.. doesn't work most of the times.

Very poor features and not very user friendly compare to other bank apps
Very poor. Not been opened after 10th September, 2018 change. Other small bank are best in net banking. Other are making improvements and are making worsen.

Good app but need to improve a lot. Leave bout private Banks Other nationalised banks have much better services in app lik adding recipient accounts via app, shows deposit n loan accounts, login using 4 or 6 digit pins lot more . Lagging back
Worst experience. All IMPS transactions will get rejected, you will not recieve any message about neither rejection nor the amount credited back your account, after 48 hours if we check our mini statement we will come to know that transaction not completed.Many a time in NEFT payment method OTP will not come even after 20mins. If there is any urgent money transfer we will be stucked.Need to improve a lot.
Very very poor and worst corporation bank and their services,i faced one problem I order shoes in Amazon site and I used corporation netbanking to placed my order completed ,that shoes came one time ,and i used to check the size not comfortable so I return it ,Amazon refund my amount on 9/9/18 and they told your amount will reflect on your account on 19 /9/18 but still now not yet reflect in my account ,so I I tried to contact customer care service many times they won't picked my Cal and I mail them still they're not reply my email ,I felt very bad , worst banking
