Correct Solutions Mobile Deposit

i have been using this app. for over a week now, it was apain trying to do the initial account set-up myself but i finally called the customer service # listed in the app. & was taken care of by a very friendly & most helpful representative. she had my account set up w/deposted funds ready for use in 10-15 min. the app is super easy to use,takes only a few seconds to check your balance.call info, as well as adding money to acct. The rate of charge per minute on the collect call acct. is great.

The app is very easy to do, it's a simple profile. The only downfall is the once a week deposit thru the app. I spend more money due to making deposits by calling customer support and the $50 max needs to be increased. You can make as many deposits over the phone as long as you have different cards.

Overall this is a great app if you have a loved one that is incarcerated!! The only problem that I've ever had when using the app was attempting to check my balance. After selecting the facility it would only continue to buffer and would never show my balance.

Super easy to setup acct through the app. I have used customer service as well and the lady who helped me was great in explaining on what I needed to do. She also had a very friendly disposition. Overall, great experience.

WHY is it sooooo hard to manage this app? in order to change any of my contact information including address phone number name, documented proof of these changes have to be sent to them before they can do anything to my account. what??? why do you need a copy of my driver's license?! no thank you! this is the worst collect calling service that I have ever experienced.

For some odd reason it always seems to block me out of my account. It takes the representative over an hour to answer to lift the block. (Literally.) You have to put all the correct information when you make the account otherwise it wont allow you to use it. To many problems with using this app, unfortunately its the only way to put money, unless I feel like waiting on the phone for an hour and a half to speak to a representative. Plus side they charge 3$ unlike the phone which charges 5.96, yay

The customer service representatives are very kind, knowledgeable, and understanding of my personal needs. I really appreciated the help that was provided to me when I had trouble setting up my first time user account. I remember ending the phone call relieved for the first time in weeks, and I can thank the individual from correct Solutions for explaining the processes in the app with me without me having to ask for the information every step of the way, great job! ✔ 💯 👍 #A+service

It's a very good app I recommend it and the only downside about this app is that you can only use one credit card twice within one week but other than that it works very well and it's not slow and I've never had no problems where I needed to get my money refunded or anything like that

I didn't have a problem with it. Made a profile. Found the facility my lived one is at within the app. Added funds with a Credit card. It took about 5 minutes for it to show up but it showed up.

This app makes it very difficult to add money to an account and it doesnt always send the money to the right place calling customer service is no help because you have to wait for sometimes over an hour and still not get any one... Please do not get this app

"app version required when logging" what tf does that even mean?! the app is what im attempting to use to put money my husbands books! NOT USER FRIENDLY. NOT EASY TO NAVIGATE OR UNDERSTAND. EXPECT EXTENDED PERIODS OF WAIT TIME IF YOU CALL CUSTOMWR SERVICE. I recommebd you contacting your significant others facility an attempting to do it over the phone before using this app

Have used app for years and never had issue til now. It says account suspended for too many failed attempts but yet my bank said the payment did not even try to come thru at all and it doesn't tell how long suspended for

So I created an account and load funds on there. It took the funds out of my bank account but all of sudden there is no deposit and my account doesn't exist. I want a full refund or an explanation!!! Or better yet just set my account so that I can speak with my family.

The app keeps telling me app version required everytime I try to log on even though it is the app. I keep uninstalling it and reinstalling it and sometimes that works.

They didnt bother to tell me the facility i selected didnt use their services. After contacting them by phone and email it looks like they just scammed me out of my 30 dollars! Please dont waste your money on deposits with this company!

The app is ok. But if you want to talk to Customer Service, it takes you about an hour to talk to a live operator. So PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU PUT IN YOUR INFORMATION CORRRCTLY. The app would have gotten a 4-5 , but customer service gets a negative 9. They have you on hold Longer than the utilities services waiting to speak to a manager 🤬🤬

very complicated, after adding funds I still can't receive calls from my only son. I'm assuming the jail has a inmate i.d to add but it's not mentioned when I paid by phone with a live person. so its hours of searching for where to add it with no sucess.

This app sucks it keeps saying that there's no customer with my email address but it says that my phone number already exists with an account... I DISLIKE IT HIGHLY... Please fix this problem ASAP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I dislike everything about this app. Every problem that everyone else is having that I read in the reviews, I've had the same problem. Very frustrating being this is the only way to add any money.

the app makes it so easy. it makes it faster and cheaper and i can deposit money anytime day or night. i can also check and see my balance and have a record of every dollar that i spend on communication with my incarserated loved one

Difficult to manage and maintain an account. Everything has to be looked up every entry. Plus cannot make more than one deposit in a week.

Everytime you try to look someone up or change anything it says app version of this has to be used and I have the app version I have to uninstall it and then reinstall it

You cant modify anything with your account. The app itself is very clunky and the rates this company charges is absolutely criminal. Disgusting.

It says app version is required for log in. Funny this is the app version. I can log onto website just fine. Just not the app.

looked up facility, once facility was found. i was unable to select due to not being located.

This app its no good itry 7 times with diffrent gmails and it says that this account its taking already tgen i tipe on siging in and it says this account its not recognized so what hell.. Worst app

This app is very hard to use and tells you you need the mobile app to log in. It will not let you log in.

This application sucks. Customer service is the worst, if you call expect to wait over an hour to get someone to answer your call.
