It has been designed to help you manage pain, stress, and develop healthy habits: it's a perfect medical assistant always in your pocket. Are you striving for a symptoms analysis or a pain diagnosis? With this symptoms tracker you can easily analyze and track behaviors to discover symptoms related causes. The best symptoms checker among health apps and habits tracking apps.

When you can use it?
Many people are suffering from allergy symptoms, headaches, chronic pains, intolerances, mood disorders, stress symptoms, and they are feeling sick without a diagnosed cause. How often are you thinking: "I'm feeling sick and I need to discover my sickness origin?". With the help of a habit tracker (also a symptom tracker / activities tracker) you can track activities, symptoms, mood, habits, medicines, and understand how they are related to each other. You may find out that your chronic headaches causes is celiac disease, lactose intolerance, allergy to gluten, pollens, dust or other allergens, chrons disease, or that they are symptoms of stress (stress headaches). It's a food diary (diet journal), a symptom checker, a mood tracker, a food diary, a habit tracker, an activities tracker, a pain diary and a medicine logger all in one app.

Features:
- Calendar event tracker: Track habitual activities, record medical symptoms, log simple habits, check daily routines, track moods and keep a food journal all in one place. Different diaries allows you to record any event with a simple calendar.
- Statistics: analyze symptoms frequency, and perform triage on yourself: are you feeling sick very often? Did you forget a pill? Is your workout calendar on track? Are you developing good weekly or monthly habits? Are you eating health food often enough? Everything is under control.
- Correlation analysis: discover if you are allergic to anything, and how you can change habits to improve health, or improve pain management. Learn what makes you sick or give you issues and cut it from your diet / routine / habits.
- Export data: export your food log / pain journal / diet log / symptom diary, save it or share it.
- Develop healthy habits: when you track habits and you discover that they help you feel better, go for it! Improve your food management by reiterating healthy food habits, understand your headache symptoms and live a better life.

Warning: Correlate is just one of the many medical apps on the store. It does not substitute doctor visits, and it does not provide a professional diagnosis for your symptoms. However, Correlate can help you and your doctor to track your activities and better understand your symptoms.

I was rather disappointed by this app. While the idea of collecting data is nice, this is advertised as a health journal and in the description as a health diary. One would assume you can write notes into the data entries because of it, not so. The UI is confusing with no instructions. Besides data entries, there seems to be no way to create unique category colors. I find myself searching for more features or tips to use to no avail. Try it out if you want easy data collection on basic levels.

In using this app, I never know if I'm using it correctly. -There are zero instructions and the interfaces are not very intuitive. -When I specify a certain number of events for a day, and then I look at the logs of the events (in the stats section) the number of events it shows for a day is not the same as the number I've input. It even appears to be indicating fractional events for a day! For instance, if I enter coffee 3 times on Wed, 1 on Thu, and twice on Friday, the stats section shows something different. -If I accidentally touch an event and it logs it, there is no way to erase that event. -If I remember an event that I want to enter for a previous date, there is no way to do it. -The only way (as far as I can tell) to find when a symptom is correlated to a cause is to tell it to specifically perform a correlation calculation between the two. It doesn't automatically find the correlated events for you. -There is no way to tell it how far back in time to look for correlated events. I really have no idea how far back it's looking. I've used a different symptom tracker called MySymptoms in the past. It did not have any of these problems.

I can't try it at all until I give a rating. I just now installed it, and the immediate popup wanting a rating blocks you from going any further until you give a rating. How can I rate something I haven't used yet? But the pop-up only gives you two choices "ok" or "no." If you choose "no" it closes be out completely. It needs a third choice of "remind me later" like most apps have. So, after I try it I'll come back here and give my real rating.

Really great concept. I like the app, but it is very sluggish when it launches and when switching back to it from the recent apps list. It also freezes for several seconds when adding new items to the activities, symptoms, moods, etc. I'd give it five stars if not for all that lagging.

I haven't tried the app much yet. This will probably be less helpful for people that are looking for feedback, but I need to commend the team that made this for creating a unique app that I had never heard of as a concept or thought of for that matter. This is an example of creating a product that people don't necessarily know they need until they find it. As another user mentioned, a scaled rating would greatly improve the effectiveness. That can always be added. The foundation is there.

after playing with the app a bit more I'm going to have to pause in my use. I love the simplistic way of checking off symptoms as I have them and the ability to find correlations. how ever this would be helpful for gathering the frequency of my symptoms. I'm currently using the flexable journal app if that app would correlate like yours with more flexability in what and how you can correlate and link it would be an amazing program

Your app is very convenient and easy to understand. I love being able to add more symptoms/moods/etc.. The only reason I gave you a 4 instead of a 5 is because I am having trouble typing words on ur app. For instance, I wanted to add Researching and everytime I type R, it wuld post a RR and when I would hit the back space or delete, it wont delete it, it just adds more letters. once that is fixed and I get to use the app more, then I will update my stars. thankyou for a wonderful app.

Big problem...how do you move over the statistics to another phone. Backup and restore on Android catches the App, but doesn't transmit months and months of work collecting daily data. I change my phone every 8 months , so this is a big deal. Neither USB, cloud, wireless restore methods worked . Going from A droid to Android (Samsung to LG). Will update rating of this gets fixed, as this is otherwise a great app.

Idea is great, but implementation is rubbish. You can only set one entry from one category per each day, e.g. only "feeling nervous" today, adding "wake up early" not allowed the same day. Overall UI glitchy, keeps randomly overwriting entries from other days when you try to submit another.

Good approach but impractical. How do you calculate the correlation percentage which looks untrustworthy?! Besides, the UI of choosing tags is bad. Tags presentation is better to be listed horizontally rather vertically one tag in a line clumsily. Highlighting a date range for adding tags is needed. How to easily remove data and manipulate for a date range? Lots of undeveloped issues hiding in this app. Keep it up! Uninstalled anyway.

Doesn't seem to allow you to add to a day other than then current day. Also won't allow you to change/delete an entry once entered. So if you accidentally hit the wrong item or are trying to update a previous day you are out of luck. Disappointing!

I really like the idea behind this app, and I believe that I could find it very useful when a little more developed. Right now there are a few things that are significant issues for me. There is not enough space to detail here, so I going to email the developer with my thoughts, and will update this review accordingly. The things the app does right now are done well; and it is fairly intuitive. I like the app, and so hopefully my issues and considerations can be addressed in future updates.

great concept. but has lots of glitches. could'nt type in new items without it adding extra letters. there was no way that i could find of removing an item once you added it. and it would not let me add it to any other day but today. Very annoying.

It's a pretty interface with an excellent premise, but I can't figure out how to see what I've already marked for a particular day. The fact that it keeps a single symptom or activity selected is very confusing.

Bob. A. Jun 16, 2021

Well, I've only just installed it, so I have no idea how to use it... But I had hoped that something like this would, at least, allow me to record and review my Peak Flow readings. So I added "Peak Flow" under "activities" and hit the "+" and was told that I had added it to todays date... But I'm pretty confident that I will have taken two readings each day, so just adding it is pointless. It need to be quantified with the reading. Ah! (I thought) There's an "edit" pencil icon. so I tapped that and typed in the reading. And found that I had editied the name of the activity. But not quantified it. Or should I ad a whole bunch of entries? Each with a different number. Then I could choose the appropriate one? No idea. And that is the problem, isn't it? The author clearly had a concept of how the app would help. But they have not conveyed that concept to me, at least...

The app is quite good but you need to add more functions and more details, add stuff that would keep your customers motivated to use it. E.g if you use the app and enter data you have an animal that grows as you enter data every day. Once that animal grows you get another animal or plant or a garden or something that you'd care for while caring for yourself.

Nice and unbloated. However, It really needs 1) symptom rating/severity, 2) option to start week on Sunday. Very useful would be 1) enabling categories (for example Dairy: Milk and Dairy: Yogurt) and allowing to correlate by category OR specific item, 2) a simple import to go with the export option. If the developer added some of these options, I definitely would pay more for the app. Four stars for what it is at the price offered, but a little limited

Vic. C. Aug 22, 2020

Quite impressed but the calendar could do with improvement, need to be able to set a time for items and have a repeat options. But all in all it seems pretty good.

V.. M. K. Jul 31, 2019

nice concept, but the UI design leaves a lot to desire. I'm doing more pressing and searching for options instead of just using the app. no tutorials, no resetting.
