CorrLinks Video

It constantly freezes and kicking me out of the system... it's NOT ON MY END... It happens multiple times and with multiple inmates...we are NOT refunded for the time we lost in our video visit or reimbursement of funds to our inmates... it's a very poor service and trying to get in touch with customer service is impossible It's horrible and if there is another app I would recommend it over this one... It starts the time 2 minutes before the video starts and ends 4 minutes before it's due to end

Not bad. I had to buy wired headphones so that actually helped with low volume. The second issue.. I have fiber optic internet. Doing a speed test in app will tell me it's not sufficient enough speed, but I'm able to continue too. It needs a timer on screen that helps countdown as your visit ends! Finally it crashes sometimes as it's testing with the server-it auto rotates which is when that happens.

I can log in and when I do it says you have never tested this computer or internet but I have on 3 different occasions had video visits on my cell phone and on the same internet nothing has changed and when i bypass that part and run the test i end up getting an alert and it says this video session is currently unavailable please try again in a few minutes. I've done that, I even uninstalled the app and reinstalled it and it still doesn't work

It's always worked somewhat well. It never says I have great service even though I have 4g with full bars. I join anyway and it works. But today I had a video visit and it kept saying check my firewall that it couldn't get connection. Never had a problem with it before until today. Just updated it for the new update and it talks about a "better firewall" now I cant even visit my sister that pays good money for each visit. Tried everything to connect and nothing worked. Please fix this issue!

Never worked for me. I missed two video chats because of this. My Wi-Fi speeds are 3 megabytes per second download and one megabyte per second upload. Using my 4G connection it was one megabyte per second download and 900 kilobytes per second upload. The problem it's having is it will not ping the the corrlinks network. I don't think this is an issue with my phone.

I give this app 0 stars! Ok it made me put one star or i couldn't even review the app! It is terrible! I ran the stupid test 3 times... and all three times my phones data was much faster than the speeds required to use the app... still it told me my connection was slow! and never let me connect! It is a waste of my time my loved ones time and my loved ones $! Yes the inmates have to pay 6$ per visit! With no refunds available!

Usually this app is great! .... but NOT TODAY I'm missing a video call with my wife because the app says it cant connect to corrlink servers. I thought it might be my connection so I tried with wifi or my 5g nothing so then I tried on my iPhone because it tends to work better on there (I'm writing this off android) nope nothing. So lastly I tried my laptop NOT A DAMN THING CHANGED. ... same problem. Today was a very important day and we are more than disappointed to have missed this. ..

Great app to be able to see and visit with Family and friends that are incarcerated, without having to deal with going to the facilities. Only downside it's not compatible with all devices, but when it is, it's Great.

I tried to set up my new computer for a video visit w/ my daughter. Every time I selected "test the connection", a message said "connecting to the test server" and then the whole program shuts down without connecting. 😠 The support PDFs do not address this problem. We ended up conducting our visit on my smart phone. Out daughter was frozen on screen for 24 min of a 25 min video visit! There is no phone # you can call or a website you can go to for CorrLinks Video technical support!

How many times do people need to be told that this thing (APP) does not work the only time you respond to someone if they give you more than three stars then you always say, can you please explain to our technicians the problems that you are having, after they already explained what problem they were having!?.....like. you're not listening. I want so much to, download this app but I'm so afraid it's not going to work it's going to be a waste of Time&$$ very disappointed in Google

Intentional bad quality, it probably requires more effort for the BOP to have this sort of throttled data connection that to just allow decent bandwidth. You take what you get with an entity that has an unconstitutional bussiness granted by the Federal government to deal with constitutional issues of personal liberties.

I can not get this app to work. It says my connection is slow even when I'm using 5g internet. It's extremely frustrating when your trying to stay connected with your loved ones.

I've never had a problem with this app until the past three times that my family member tried to video chat me. I kept thinking it was my phone but I don't have any problem with my internet until the video chat. It's very stressful and corrlinks needs to figure it out.

Needs to get upgraded i couldn't even connect and i had wi fi it keep saying i had slow internet please fix!!!!!!!!!!

Last update made my corrlinks account not work anymore missed two visits with my wife because some privacy/firewall thing and I cant figure out how to fix it now,im very disappointed with this service.would give it zero stars but couldn't do it.

Absolute trash, would give no stars if able. Crashes and force closes to the point it's not useable. Go ahead and try, but you're wasting/donating your inmates money to Corrlinks.

Its not working for me. Its not allowing me to go and accept the request on my corrlinks and i dont know why. Its saying installed but then its telling me to complete this and that and then when im doing that it just kicks me out. Very frustrating

This app is an absolute joke! Millions of people video chat every day on wifi or 4G cell service, but it is never good enough for this app to make the connection, and will continually drop your call if it miraculously did connect

I can not do visits because a message now pops up with something about firewall/anti-virus. I can not find the issue and I am going to be very pissed off if I dont get to visit tomorrow because of this issue again!

Was alright. Fairly simple, easy to use. Not like there much competition but it does the job so nobody else needed. Prices already low.

Works well to talk to inmate, but icon won't stay on my phone. Have to find it on store every time and go through so much every time. So frustrating

Been trying to connect for 10hours.keeps crashing...won't let me do test.first time video and have tried 4/5 different platforms. Tried the u tube instruction..half thru freezes again.even called support no reply.

Crappie crappie crappie it never ever would pass the test. the connection was fast enough just time out with the severe firewall anti-virus error

This app will not allow me okay the permissions. It will not scroll down to select okay for those permissions. It is useless on my Android Galaxy device.
