Corrupt Image Finder
Media Service runs indefinitely and drains battery when finds out corrupt images. This app identifies corrupt images and lets you delete or move them to another folder. If you move them, make sure you have a .nomedia file in destination folder or use Tostis .nomedia Handler.

Work to find corrupted jpg file, not move but copy to destination folder. Can't fixed corrupted file
Opened it, told me to "Enable Advertising" on my phone. LIKR HOW THE FRACK DO WE TURN IT OFF IN THE FIRST PLACE?!

When scanning the internal sdcard memory on my Ematic 307, it just hangs at zero percent and never does anything furthee.

Was having lots of problems with media server draining batteries on my s5. Ran this and problem completely disapeared.
It has icon buttons but I dont know what the hell the buttons are for. Which is delete button, which is clear button,...i only know the setting n scan button. I suggest you by using words button instead of icon button

"Unable to retrieve handle" it says. I thought this app would bring back my photos..
My "scanning media files" took forever & this fixed it well.
Fixed battery drain issue thought I would have to do factory reset but this app fixed problem

after half hour scan it showed no result attached all, no positive, no negative, nothing... total crap

I scanned all of my pics, about 3100, and it said 560 of them were corrupt. Lol none of them were!
The interface is non-intuitive, but I got it to work as long as I left it run undisturbed while plugged in on a charger. It would make more sense as a "wizard" since you run it only when you encounter the endless media scanning issue.
I was willing to ignore the fact that the app will not run in the background, but after a long wait during a scan, I've found out that it doesn't even work.

Being the only choice I could find for my GS3, *IF* you plug your phone in, go to Developer Options -> Stay Awake, & then turn Airplane Mode on, and walk away for an hour, this app MAY make it through 1 full scan without stopping, but ANY touch/interaction/sound/notification at all breaks it before it finishes, + the UI makes no sense, and does nothin unless changed to recursive.
App doesn't understand how permissions work on newer phones/tablets. It should check for permissions and prompt user to grant rights to their data. (You can get it to work by manually granting storage permissions in the phone settings menu... But the user shouldn't need to know that to use the app.) Subtracted 3 stars for this, the generally un-helpful user interface, and the lack of info about what kind of files it's scanning or what kind of damage it looks for.
