CorVel Telehealth

Says it needs an update, but no update is available. Store page just says open. Opening the app prompts you to go to the store where no update is available. Bottom line: app doesn't work at all. Phone software is up to date.

The visual aspect was very clear and audio was very good also. The app was very user friendly. I would recommend this to everyone as a safe alternative to a Dr visit.

Would give 0 stars if possible. Every part of the "CorVel experience" has been challenging at best. Cancelled appointments, not sending scripts or orders. Phone juggling transfers. Will update if their "care" does not end up killing me.

Appointments were handled in a timely fashion more-or-less and physician was knowledgeable and straightforward. Great Experience overall. Thank You for your help!

Was scheduled a telicom with a doctor after getting hurt on a job site. Telicom doc didn't show. Called their tech support to set up a face to face with a real doctor, the person on the phone couldn't even use Google correctly. Do not waste your time with this organization.

Very easy to use, and no problems with the visit. I highly recommended anyone use this who needs help with medical advice.

The experience was great. The connection is better on wifi or decent internet service. Doctor Strange was very cordial & made me feel i wasn't wasting their time. But with full understanding nothing really beats seeing the doctor in person.

Can't get in to update the app. Missed my appointment and made another one , still unable to update, so frustrating.

Very easy navigating to install app. Staff very friendly as well as visually speaking to Doctor.

At first I thought it was hard but it was me not knowing how to use the app. Once tech help assisted me it was sweet!

Terrible app and company, I injured my knee and was told to use this app.. the Doctors are very unprofessional, I'd be getting an MRI and a knee brace after a first meeting and they never sent them in! I had to wait a whole week before complaining and when I did they just scheduled me a new appt to a different Dr who did the exact same stuff, The inbox function is useless, the doctors won't reply to you, and they kept putting the blame on my company because corvel can't process claims correctly

The doctor was very understanding about my situation and she really wanted to help me get better. Her manorism was wonderful.

Very nice and caring nurse. Was respectful and kind. Was a good experience and was given great care.

Kerps teelling me update required but theres no updates availalbe uninstalled multiple time and reinstalled but still telling me the same thing
