After 13.12.2021 update I can't use the app anymore! I click open, see the first image than the screen remains white and that is all I can do with this app now. I wrote to support but I receive no answer.
Very slow in tailoring to my preferences, constant error messages, loading, loading, etc. Haven't been able to SEARCH yet due to the multiple issues. I just want to browse but still awaiting... an hour gone already. And yes, I've logged out and in. Not a great start with this app.
Every time i scan something the app prompts me to go and make personal alerts. And when i go and try to set alerts for something it doesn't save them. It used to work perfectly but it broke some time ago with an update. I haven't really used the app since because it's just wayyy easier to just read the ingredients on the packaging and google the ones I'm not familiar with, hence making this app useless.
app works great, it's clear and simple and I could find all the products I am currently using. 4/5 stars because at least I couldn't find other options for languages. It doesnt bother me that much, but could be a problem for lots of users.
Seems like a good idea (2 stars for that) but I won't use this app to receive the "you're the first one to scan this product, help us to develop our database" unless you give me a good sallery for that :)) Obviously, I would like the app to work for me, not me, working for the app LOL
Honest to god, every update has made it worse. The user experience is horrible, clear categories like "conscious consumer" are gone and there's no way to use the Readymade Lists. Unfortunately cannot recommend.
Maybe you can add a "Toxic indicator" or some form of ndicator to show how badly it effect the environment or how hazardous it is to our health.
It's excellent, very useful and easy to use. But, why doesn't it work sometimes?

love idea of the app but it often becomes slow, lagging, and now it seems that more than half of items is gone from my products list

I am waiting for some results for like half a year They are still pending Even if the pictures are clear... Some of the product are recognised and the most of them need a pending..like that is not even going to show you the results
I'm so glad I found this app. Buying new products won't be as stressful as it was! The only complaint I have is a technical one, the app doesn't seem to keep me logged in and I have to log in every time I open it. Minor inconvenience but it does bug me.
The app offers what I want but it could be a little faster. Thus only four stars. :)

Very far from ethics! Very misleading name, as they allow acknowledged toxic substances in the products. Like tetrasodium EDTA, which is known carcinogen, is marked as safe. The app is useless, as it definitely does not help in finding healthier, allergy and toxins free products.
This latest update has messed everything up, so many bugs. It wouldn't let me log in for ages and I had to delete And reinstall the app then change my password 3x, I had over 150 ingredients saved on my personal list- it took me ages. Now the list has disappeared and everything has a green tick even though so many are unsafe. All my preset lists I had ticked are also now unticked this used to be my favourite app and now it's pretty much useless. I'm reluctant to spend ages typing in the names again.
Some time ago I set an alert for plastics, was nice seeing the purple face to warn me not to buy. I don't shop often, so I used the app after a long time today and noticed the personal alert list gone. I remember there was a list you could choose from, plastics, vegan, etc. Apparently you can search by ingredient but I don't know the official terms and don't know what to search for. Huge bummer. Also profile picture gets upside down often?? What?! Starting to look for a replacement app.
I want to insert a product that is not in the list. I take the pictures inside the app as described. When I press "Send now", application freezes every time and I am unable to send the pictures. It does not continue.
Awesome, just what I've been looking for. Could do without Facebook integration. Also could use a pre-defined list to dodge products from Unilever, P&G etc. other multinationals.
I liked the personal alerts list as I wanted to avoid products containing plastic. Now i'm disappointed. Why isn't this feature in there anymore? I want it back!
Hi! Where can I find the information about products I sent pictures of for manual control? I got notifications about them but when I opened the app I they were nowhere to be found... Otherwise great app!

Lagging littlebit. It would be nice to have some options to arrange products.
I was trying to find out if a certain product has microplastic beads in it. I was able to find the answer from elsewhere but it would be nice if this app could give a warning about those as well.

Once I log in nothing works, regardless if I have any extra ingredients lists for alerts tapped or not. All pages just try to load "according to my preferences" indefinitely. Also, I can't even send feedback on this issue over email, because nothing happens when I press the "send feedback via email" button. I do enjoy the idea off the app and I quess the default alert lists that are available when you are not logged in are for some better than nothing, but impossible to use how I would like.
