Cosmetics Rack

The app mostly works fine, I just wish the developers managed it. Nobody answers the customer service email account. It seems like once you choose an export option (ex: Google Drive) you're stuck with that option forever unless you uninstall and reinstall. I've emailed for help, but no response. Also, you can report duplicate entries all you want, but nobody takes them out. I paid for this app so I just wish it was being managed

This app is super helpful as far as cataloging my makeup - I just feel like like I'm entering info into the database 90% of the time, especially when it comes to scanning barcodes. Oh well. It's definitely way better than any other app I've tried!

The UI feels a bit dated but it's almost exactly what I wanted to have. A crowd sourced repository of cosmetics. What would make this perfect is a field for cost paid by user and a more comprehensive library.

It's a good idea but the problem with a big online data base is that anyone can edit meaning when you seach for a name it doesn't always come up since it's under a different name Keeps crashing and has trouble loading pics sometimes Has no hair care options under the organizing/finish menu

If you don't choose the Elite version right away, I don't know how to buy it. It's not available to buy in the app as an option later on. I don't really like the look of this app. It could be prettier. But I'm glad there is such an app.

I found this app to be quite restrictive as it did not recognize certain brands I added, and the app did not seem to work well with my phone camera. The app even crashed when I tried to take a picture of one of my items. Furthermore, I can only add up to 20 items in the free version, I would have to pay for any extra products in my list

If you have an issue they are very quick to fix it. Don't be afraid to contact them, they are polite and prompt.

Exactly what I was looking for, so it's good for now. It could use a few updates, such as adding new color options and being able to select a specific picture for our own personal rack instead of the ones taken most recently. I'm a little OCD so I like all my pictures to look the same lol. Other than that, keep improving!

I like it but it s not perfect. Having problem loading images, it freezes often, categories are a mess. I had to add ALL of my cosmetics (almost 200) as I found only 2 of them. I think it is the best on android at the moment but needs improvement, specially when you must pay for the full version. Just doesn t feel right.

If this tool were upgraded like the nail polish rack, it would be five stars.

It's pretty good for what I was looking for, however over 90% of what I added to my rack (so far) I had to input into the item DB myself which took a LOT of my time.

This is everything I've been looking for and more! The creator is also very helpful and open to suggestions on how to improve the app! Look no further this is the app for you!

Thanks for your quick reply, I did uninstall and log in with the same credentials. Yes, the products are still in the database, but not on my rack. I'm not sure that I'll proceed from here. I took a long time entering everything and literally have probably 1,000 more to enter. I'm leery that the same issue will occur.

It won't open my rack. I have added 70+ items to the database but now I can't view rack. Other than that I am loving this app.

Bought this application, an other doesn't work.... how can I get my money back.... it just sit their.... Nothing... not even a star but I had to just to post

I like the idea of a cosmetics inventory app, but this isn't it for me. I'd like a search function, ability to click through a rack entry and view other items of that brand or type, purchase date field, ability to mark an item as used up, and differentiation between item type and color name.

The point of having an app like this is to make it easier to catalog my collection. This app makes it difficult to even edit a single entry. Too aggravating.
