This app is not worth paying for. It force closes constantly and has not been updated a single time since I purchased it in August 2010. Cosmo should be embarrassed to have their name on this app.

Not practical. The human body does not bend this way with a yoga instructor body. Better off just reading Dr. Laura Berman's website.
