If I could give this app no stars... I would. I have a Samsung and this app won't even open on my phone. All I get is the picture of these two women that have paint on their faces and that's it. No login, no home page, nothing. It's been like this for months, since the first time I tried to install it.
Awful app. Can't sign in and the other app version from the website site indicates not compatible with this phone. This is a brand new phone on the market one month uninstalled
It worked the first time I opened it a month or so a go, and afterwards couldn't get passed the initial loading screen. No matter how many times I tried.
I got a new phone and when I went to put my old Comoprof app on, all I was offered is this new one andlikeothers have said, the app won't load past the front screen. So it isn't really an app... because it does nothing.
I switched from IPhone to Galaxy. I never had a problem with the app on my iPhone. Hopefully CosmoProf can get it together soon with this app because I can't purchase anything without an app. About to download Salon Centric app because what other option is left?
Can't even get the app to open. Guess salon centric will get most of my online shopping, maybe you should take your credit card back to, since I don't get the monthly book to know what is on sale.
To the others who download this app - this is NOT for CosmoProf the company, they have their own separate app. This is for a beauty show called Cosmoprof in 2020. It doesn't load because the show didn't happen due to covid, and they did not make it live. Please read the name before downloading or posting your annoying reviews.
Terrible app, couldn't even sign in to my account! I uninstalled it 5 minutes after downloading.

App does not work. It installs, displays the splash screen and then freezes. Tried uninstalling, rebooting, then reinstalling all with no luck.
