Went through the rigmarole to learn I supposedly don't live in an eligible neighborhood even though the COTA map says that I do live in an eligible neighborhood. Total waste of my time, and I do want me credit card REMOVED from this app.
It's really bizarre that the app wants my credit card before I can even see a map. Then, after you've got my card, I can then see I'm not in your zone. You gotta fix that nonsense.
What a useless and confusing app, DO NOT download this app and download the transit app if you're looking to ride cota buses.
Thankful for there work everyday because picking up riders, and driving across the city can be veey dangrous....
Works great, no issues so far after about a month of use.
A little confusing at times. But real nice most of the time.
Have to use the app for a longer time period. I like the Transit app
Be VERY CAREFUL as to where in the Columbus area this service is provided as it is NOT "everywhere". A better explaination of the service is needed.
Unreliable and an inconvenience

I forgot my password and have changed my phone number so I can't access my account. I can't set up another account on my email address either
The transit app does the same
Busses are dirty and they would not pick me up and kicked me off high-key do not recommend
They cannot tell you the bus schedule. Hire the handicapped. COW-TOWN.

Cota is the gratest
Overall useful, but the app needs worked on. I tried to get a ride for 10 minutes, and it finally gave me one...with a 29 minute wait. The bus they gave me passed me by 2 minutes earlier and was going almost exactly where I needed to. And this isnt a rare event. I work 5 days a week, using it each time, and this happens at least 2 times a week. Also if you use it, you have to confirm your location first (which is wrong half the time), which is the opposite of most ridesharing apps.
