It's actually a pretty good app but EVERY TIME I try to open it, it crashes and closes in an eternal cycle of frustration, where you have to uninstall and install again so you can use one (01) time before the cycle restarts. Please, fix it.
Few options to organize my diet, the app is crashing all the time and the worst of all, I'm paying in order to use the app, not to work for it. If I knew I'd have to know all the calories, proteins and carbs of everything I'm eating I would never pay for an app. The idea was good, but there's still a lot of work to be done.
it does not allow you to cancel your subscription and does not have menu options, it is a ready menu that does not allow you to set up any food preferences! PS: no one answers my emails regarding cancellation.
Frustrating experience. I did not like the creepy 'person' taking all your details at the start; plus they can't spell. Why do you need the full birth date? It didn't recognise many foods I put in and wouldn't retain the foods when I had to keep typing them in. It just takes too long. Disappointed and pretty useless in my opinion.
Very, very annoying chat bot. I gave up setting up my plan because of it. I have a pick with this trend of using chat bot everywhere. You should focus more on the UX. Took ages just to get to the main screen. Awful.
Only half translated and you can't set your own macronutrient ratio goals. Otherwise it's a fantastic concept!
The choice of using this make-believe chat thing with "Jessica" instead of having a traditional menu interface is utterly annoying and makes everything takes way longer than it should
Terrible, no imperial options nor complete sentences or good grammar. Never even got to the recipes because set up was taking so long. Uninstalled.
I'm looking for a simple app that will give me the varb count for foods. This app is too complicated and tries to set a diet for me. Mot what I need.
Numbers are inaccurate I put 2.4 for iron and it suddenly rounded off to 3. That's waaay too high. All the other numbers are like that too.
Keeps crashing, can't access it. I don't like the method, and I want to cancel my subscription (I subscribed yesterday)
Doesn't change language when selected. Some change but most of it still in English.
I would like to get a refund from the app. Few menus ideas for a liw carb diet and for people who want a 2700 kcal plan this app won't help. I will delete this post if I get the refund:(
The virtual assistant is a f@#@$ boring gate that could be just replaced by a form filling up. Unistall it.
Doesn't show vitamins, very limited, bar code scanner doesn't do anything besides getting the name of the product
The evolution process of this app is simply amazing. It was GOOD before, and now, way better!!!
The app spells female "femail". I also don't like the layouts either.

This is the worst app ever!
The idea is good. BUT the user has to change the language every single time the app is opened. It must be very frustrating for a "premium user" because subscription is quite expensive. There is no FAQ or Help area in the app. That's a shame...
