1. Your data is encrypted and protected vigorously. With strong passwords, multi factor authentication, session timeouts, and failed attempt lockouts your information is safe with Country Bank.
2. Email and mobile transfers require enrollment in the services and must be made from a Country Bank checking or savings account to a domestic bank account. Recipients have 7 days to register to receive money or the transfer will be canceled. Dollar and frequency limits apply.
3. Fees may apply.
4. Requires a Country Bank deposit account.
5. To use Bill pay, you must first enroll for the service in Online Banking.
6. Mobile Check Deposits are subject to verification and not available for immediate withdrawal.
7. eStatements require an enrollment within Online Banking.

Bill pay is not good. It doesn't deduct the amount until it clears. My other bank deducts and shows as "pending." I feel bill pay should be just like using a check book register without having to write it down. Also, when a check is on automatic pay, the system sends the checks without the funds. I think it should be canceled right away instead sending a bad check.

The mobile deposit, which is 90% of what I use the app for, is very frustrating and usually doesn't work. When it has a problem with one of the images, it doesn't tell you which one. That gives you a 50/50 guess to try to fix it and in turn you might take the one good picture and turn it into a bad picture and you'd never know.

Worst app! This app is so trash that I've considered switching banks to something more reliable and one that's not always down. The app has locked me out of my account several times . Now the new issue with this app is that it freezes when I try to log in . Get your stuff together ! So unreliable.

everything used to be great, but now the last two checks i've tried to deposit the app tells me that the amount isn't correct (it is). i moved away from the area 3 years ago and can't drive 1.5 hours to the bank just to deposit a check. i've had this account for 16 years and i'd really rather not switch banks, but this is a bit inconvenient for the occasional paper check that i need to deposit.

This app is so frustrating. If you scan your finger wrong twice you are locked out. Good luck trying to unlock your acnt without calling or going in. Resetting password/username through the app is impossible. Constant errors no matter what I try without telling what the issue is.

So the app is fine I have no problem with it. I have a problem with country bank itself. When I got my debit card no one warned me that there was a limit on how many transfers I could make from my savings account to my debit. So I lost $40 and didn't realize until a month later. Silly me i thought i could access my money when i want. I wish I went to the bank to complain but too much time passes so I did it here.

I never have any issues accessing my money. Super easy & convenient. I would give it an extra star to make it 5 stars if they had a way to just check your balance without completely logging in. A balance inquiry button would make the app PERFECT!

It's okay. I find that it doesn't tell you how many transfers you've done, so you don't know if you are going to get a fee or not. The app is just a little bit clunky. Also after a certain amount of time your password isn't good anymore so it just keeps telling you that your password is invalid with no direction. turns out you have to go onto the website and change your password through there, but I feel like there should at least be a little box that pops up to let you know!

The level of security on this app is obsessive...Which is GOOD. Country Bank takes their security seriously and are pretty good at it. Had some login issues, but tech support was great.

An error has occurred make sure you are connected to the internet. Well I do have a smart phone and yep I am connected to the internet but will the app work? Nope, it's taking up space in my phone now being useless.

Used to love it. It was a simple, quick and convenient way to check my accounts. But, for whatever reason, whenever I log in, all I get is a black screen with a menu icon. My account information doesnt load.

I've just about had it with this app. I can't tell you how many times I have been locked out of my account. Every time I do, I am putting in my correct, up-to-date password! That I am 100% sure of! It's ridiculous! What do I have to do to get it to accept the password I just reset??
