Members can instantly view profiles, pay your membership/annual maintenance fee and book holidays real-time with instant confirmation voucher.Drop in your queries or grievances to the Customer Care team and get a reply back instantly.MEMBERS GET INR 50 or AED 5 auto AMC credit for the first time you download this app and log in with your membership credentials.

Very bad experience of booking international holiday. Country Club didn't pay the associated property. Country Club agreed to refund the booking amount so I paid the associated property in Bangkok. It is now almost 2 months that I have been chasing them for refund but they are not refunding the money and do not even tell clearly when will they refund the money. Fraud, Cheaters !!
It's a new way to cheat travellers and extracting money from them..I paid more than 1.1 Lakh to Country Club and availed zero facility from them. They procured all the amount, enjoyed its interest and still demanding more money to extend my membership, forgetting the already grabbed amount. Worst customer satisfaction.
It's a fraud company. If you mistakenly baught the membership, be aware that there is a mendatory cool off period of 7 days. You can send them officail notice to cancel the membership. This single step is enough to refund the money and can be used for legal orbitration. So stay away and save your hard earned money.
Most useless investment you can make.They dont have their own resorts.very few.Rest on lease,so keeps changing.Never had such bad experience...Sterling,Mahindra are more professional.Here they r providing no facilities,but out to fleece you by just collecting maintenance.Their phone numbers keep disappearing.
Worst service of this app I can't scan any barcode in gym I don't know what this people are doing of making themselves a app. Form last 3-4 months I m facing this issue and they are like "What we can do about that?". Ohh yeah! You cannot do anything. And I send email to Hyderabad office but they also don't do anything.
This is completely a froude company. Please 🙏 don't ever purchase a membership or pay AMC. No proerties are maintained and they are completely drowning up. I purchased a membership of 1,60,000 and they have done membership of only 60,000. Executives and managers are all froude. Hiring some call center guys to do marketing and no one is reasonable after doing payment.
It's fraud club. They trap you in one way or the other and once the membership is taken they will ignore you. You can't use their services as you have to pay additional money for that. And worst is you can not cancel the membership, it is non refundable.
very bad service experience, my AMC charges are not updated in the system and i am not able to book a holiday, issue is opened since 1 month plus now, ordeal goes like this - i complained through phone first, call was not picked up on 3-4 times and finally when it was picked, they suggested me to contact local club admins, did that they re-directed me to another person who did not pick up the call on multiple attempts, i then sent mail on customer care on June 1st(today is june 26 and no fix yet)
They don't give you premium hotels even if available. They will give you hotels without elevator facilities, rooms that are not furnished etc etc. I had experienced that on foreign trip. They charge alot. Even hotels were not 5 star or above as committed.
There is no any option of negative feed back otherwise I would like to choose minus score... They are great robberes ... Trap the people with their lucrative offers at the time of giving membership... Gives cheap gifts during their so called interactive session... I paid them sum of 80000 in 3 installment with the promise to extend my membership for 3 years... Now they are repeatedly calling for AMC... SAYING THAT YOUR VACATIONS ARE EXTENDED BUT you have to pay AMC..:-(
Recently I booked this property from Goa in month of January 2022. When I checked on google the review and pics was not good, but when I arrive in property to stay it looks so great, pleasant and refreshing. All the room are very specious and resort atmosphere is also nice. Whenever I require any assistance for booking purpose Mr. Fazle Rehman Shaikh, Country Club, Andheri was there to guide me for my all the query. I really appreciate all the effort. THANKS 😊 Country Club for this hospitality.
Fraud, dont involve in this fraud, they are telling lie, now they are unable to cancel my membership and return money, they are first telling lie about their service while explaining and sign the contract, yearly maintance is 6500rs, and if you not go for trip for year trip will block it will not carry forword, please dont come into this fraud.
Am feeling it's not worth.. I don't feel, There is something better for any member here with country club.. I have not availed any facility of country club/vacation and i dont have proper guidance to use it as well. I used to get calls only for AMC or payment.. where is other interactions and offers or to motivate members to continue with membership.. Really bad to look Coutry club as only following up for payment other than anything..
The property is very spacious, clean N calm. Great place to relax with family and unwind. The staff are very polite and always available to help. The breakfast buffet is amazing and has alot of options to choose from. A must visit place for a family vacation. Thank you Country Club and All staffs.
I wish I had read the reviews online before subscribing to CC. Pathetic service, ridiculous customer care none of it works. And damn mobile app doesn't recognise my credentials. Absolutely appalling! I highly regret I signed up for this membership and definitely will not recommended to others. This will go on all other social media.
No service only asking for money. I would like to go for a holiday but they have closed their office from Kolkata, Topsia. No information given. Worst Club, no service.

In Bangalore, JP Nagar branch none is help full. When called to book, every one is passing the buck. No direct contact number. Have to call reception every time. Person who promised to help us during taking of membership, impossible to reach after that. Had to make around 10 calls to get things done.
The app keeps crashing again and again. This occurs after the recent update. Tried reinstalling the app, still no help.
Its an awesome experience with country club. Me and my friends spend an amazing weekend with delicious food, bit of workouts, swimming and some sports. The resort seems refershing. Wish to visit again.
whenever i try for booking, it is informed no dates available or property sold out. two years over but not availed even single holday. thus holiday for that particular year also gets expired. and i know our review is of not any importance country club and not taken care by them. still showing dissatisfaction
Most unprofessional and fraud people are running country club I guess. Even after paying lifetime AMC they are not providing any service. Have been trying to contact them over the call and email from last 3 days but nobody is responding anywhere. even the number which is displayed on app to contact in case of OTP issue is out of service and not getting connected.
