I only give this 2 stars because depending on what time you want to log in, it won't let you in because they are doing maintenance or whatever. It's a nice option to have your insurance card in an app but I'd hate to be the guy that gets pulled over and needs this for proof of insurance when the app and site is not accessible. For that reason, may not be a bad idea to screen shot your policy cards. I hope they can fix this issue of going offline to do maintenance.
No matter how many times I try to set it up, the app will not remember my creditials or let me use the thumb print.
App is super clunky. It uses a web interface that just doesn't work well. You can see your bill, and policy info, but can't pay your bill as it won't let you select the account to pay. If the bill pay function worked it would be an ok app. But since it doesn't the app just isn't super helpful.
I have installed uninstalled the app a few times because my biometric fingerprint no longer works. I have turned it on in the settings but it turns off somehow. When signing in I click to enable finger print, It then tells me when I log in the next time biometric fingerprint will be enabled, but.... it's NOT. I have signed in 3 times still not enabled. And yes my biometric fingerprint works fine on my other apps. Please fix quickly! Thank you.
Biometric sign in setup doesn't work. I've tried many times over the span of months
Everything looks great, had a slight hiccup setting it up, but I called customer service and got it resolved in a couple of minutes! I have access to my insurance cards, what's on my account and I can make payments! It's great!
Crashes immediately using latest Android beta. I'm aware that I'm using a beta version of Android, but I expect apps to be a prioroty for larger companies such as Country Financial. The beta has been out for several months now. There's been plenty of time to work on a release that would function properly. A couple updates later, the problem still persists.
I can't understand the negative reviews regarding not being able to access their ins. I'd cards. Personally I would have my agent or customer service email me those (which they do when you set up and pay the account) Then screen shot it to save in phone. Or the way our parents and grand parents did it. Take the cards that come in the mail and place in glove box with registration. I am not counting on a electronic device, connectivity or even an app to provide proof of insurance.
App stays on the login screen showing the country logo and the spinning loading indicator. If I leave it long enough, it just changes it to a blank white screen.
Can not find my digital card and it still has the wrong information for my address even though I called and changed it myself. The only thing able to do is "get help fast" I can't look at any of my account information other than my name and contact info, which again is not completely correct
The application literally has nothing included in it. I can't see my insurance cards, I can't see any billing information, and there's no information how to do so. The website seems to mimic this non existent functionality.
Will not allow me to enable biometrics. Must have tried about 10 times!
Absolutely worthless. Clunky. Bill pay completely non-functional. I can see my policy but only after my rep added it. No self-service functionality.
If you can not update insurance cards ahead of time in your app then know your app is worthless the only reason why someone like me should and would need to use app is to be do many things on their own. Nobody has time and energy to call wait 50 minute someone another 30 minute solution. Since you don't update ahead of time I have to call and ask to be sent in email.

Can't log in, I just get a very unhelpful error and the website doesn't work either. Please hire an it team.
I'm not able to register with my policy number. The app doesn't tell you which field is wrong.

Can't pay my bill. Convienent to have my insurance card handy on my phone but without being able to pay my bill, what's the point? Guess I'll call my rep tomorrow.
Biometric fingerprint and offline insurance card are not working on new Galaxy S21 phone.
So customer service is no longer available on the weekends. If you need help call, NOT. So your answering machine says I can add services through this app (Lie). I tried to add coverage to a vehicle that I have in a storage policy this weekend. Downloaded this app. There is no where to add coverage. So hopefully I dont have to drive to the hospital tonight. Country has always been excellent in the past. So upset right now. App is good for one thing, PAYING. Ins cards ERROR!
