GETTING STARTED
To use the County National Bank App, you must be enrolled as an County National Bank Personal Online Banking user. If you currently use our Personal Online Banking, simply download the app, launch it, and login with the same Personal Online Banking credentials. After you successfully login to the app, your accounts and transactions will begin updating.

I love my mobile banking. I'm not a check writer and just started using the online mobile bill pay and love it. It was a little confusing to set up, but once I figured it out, it was actually very very easy to set up.
Cannot log in after update. Went to the website and was able to log in without issue. Had no problems logging in before the newest update.
Good. Just wish I could also text for an account balance without going on line and I could see images of checks written once they posted.
Overall, this app works great. Easy to navigate. Would like to see improved online payment features.
The app is always down. Constantly getting errors. Page can't sync, error updating or just won't load.

"Oops. Something went horribly wrong on our end" isn't very reassuring for a banking app.
I have no idea what is going on but up until 9/11/19 my app was working fine. Now it will not authenticate.

Does what it's supposed to do
Been using since it came out. Works great, only thing that is annoying is when your online password expires you have to login online and reset it. There is no way to reset your password on the app, and no link from the app,it just says that there was an error and tells you to go online.

This app is so annoying. Even when I print very carefully on the endorsement line it still take three tried to make a mobile deposit.
Customization is better than most large bank apps allow. Awesome!
Problem... Until this last update, I had zero problems with this app. Since the update on 3/15/19 it doesn't work at all. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling and now it won't authenticate. I've had this app for 3 years.... I NEED this app to work, please.
