Coupang Eats - Rocket Delivery for Food

Freezes on the logo when I start the app. So I have to uninstall it and then install the app again.

Suoer convenient to use, plus it has English support. Unfortunately, being outside of Seoul I've experienced many rejections from the stores as they were out of stock. As an example; I've wanted to order coffee and cake, it took me 4 tries for different coffee shops.

Useless application for foreigners. Given the fact that tens of thousands of foreign individuals live in Seoul. You cannot order if you don't have a Korean credit/ debit card. Standard Visa/MasterCard doesn't work. Just Ridiculous. I'll give it a 0 rating

Based on my personal experience this app makes me more lazy to go out because it's very convenient to just order my food in here.

English language version of Coupang Eats is great to use, with a relatively intuitive UI interface. It opened entire new eating options for lunch during work and when short on time for dinner. Loses a star because I think setting up (including linking your payment options) would be difficult if you didn't speak Korean or have a native Korean speaker to help you. Also, English translation of menus is not complete across all listings.

Program hangs on the flash screen and won't open.

1. Terrible customer service. If you have any problems during the order you have to deal by yourself. 2. Same menu from other apps might be cheaper by 10~20%

I have been using Coupang Eats for about an year now. So far the experience has been fabulous. All deliveries were on time thanks to the delivery personnel and, of late, the restaurant options have also increased. Thanks Coupang for keeping us fed during tough covid times.

Very useful. . . Wide array of food to choose on.Easy to use. How i wish though that coupang also gives benefits to frequent users!!!

I really appreciate all the features they have, the support to english language, and how easy is to operate. As a tip, it would be cool is there was a chat option to the restaurant.

Crooks made an order went through and got money deducted from my account after a minute canceled order and never got my refund back on 2 occasions now terrible app can't believe this is happening.. Stay away from this app like a plague

Much easier for foreigners to use since most are in English. So fast to deliver and really good coupons and discounts.

Customer service center is not helpful at all, first i ordered food then it did not come at all. I had to look for my food by myself. And refund the payment is like 2 weeks.

The best delivery app I've used in Korea!

It's fast, easy to use and addictive to just order all sorts of meals. Prices are more expensive compared to other apps, but as long as it isn't lunchtime etc, food arrives in about 20-25 minutes. You get a nice, varying selection and I could get tons of different random food that I enjoyed. Using this app will cost you a lot of money and make you chubby tho :))))

Easy to use with a lot of English options. The app itself is in English but many restaurants don't have their menu in English. Nor does every item have a picture. I didn't have a problem with payment set up because it used my info from the Coupang app. That part is only Korean though and is difficult to set up. It has a wide variety of restaurants and types of food.

The overall experience of Coupang eats is good. Delivery is usually fast, and the food is always handled with care. However, the customer service is poor. One of my orders was never delivered, and despite contacting customer support, they never helped me or even responded. I want to give it 5 stars, but the support experience is really bad...ㅜㅜ Edit: they've gotten back at me finally and given me my refund. Support is a little slow, but good in the end. :)

When I first started using this app I loved it. Super fast delivery. Then the first order went missing. Now it's the 4th. Paying for food that is never delivered. No English phone support either. They tell you to write an e-mail to get support and I'm still waiting on an answer for food I ordered 3 weeks ago.

Fast and friendly delivery.

A lot more resturants have mixed eng/kor menus. The best feature is the map. Actually seeing how far away the delivery is/ how it is veing delivered is a huge benefit. If the delivery is late, but you can see it is being brought by foot or seeing how long the motorist is stuck in traffic, makes me less worried it is being dropped at the wrong place or lost.

Can't even use this app without downloading another app (the 'main' coupang one). English interface is nice, but at least 요기요 works without having to install anything else. I'll be on board if you guys get rid of this needless complication.
