Really like the app. However my partner and I can't see each other's lists on the app, every time we click on the list the app crashes. Can this be fixed please. I have a Galaxy S7 and he had an iPhone 6 I think. His app crashes completely when he looks at a list I've created but when he creates a list it just doesn't show up on my phone. Overall we enjoy using this app but fixing this list big would definitely give this rating that extra star it deserves! 🌟
App stopped working so I reinstalled it and now I am unable to sign back in. It says my account doesn't exist but I also can't sign up for a new a account because my email is already registered. I used this app for 4 years and have pictures and information stored on it. No response from the developers when I've tried reaching out through multiple channels.
Cool app. Would be better if we could set a week event on the calendar instead of just one day, ex. Notifying partner of days off or scheduling a vacation. I'll have to find another app for that. Other than that, I love the lists function and the ability to draw.
Your servers are slow. Sometimes I recieve messages from my so and reply, but my replies won't be send while new messages are keep coming. Also sometimes I hear notification sounds but when I open the app I do not see any new messages. Finally your web app has some syncronization problems as well. Other than these technical issues, I say this app is great.
This app was amazing when I first got it, but in the last few months it has been loaded with issues, such as being unable to send messages/pictures, or update anything. I was at least able to save eveything at the time. The worst hit today when I was completely unable to log in and they can't seem to find my account at all anymore. Really sad that the current owner and developers seem to have completely dropped this application. Shame since it was the best of it's kind. Very disappointed.
The app has quit working for both my wife and I. She is able to log in and view everything now, but I cannot log in at all. I know that my password is correct because I use a password manager. If I try to log in, the log in fails. If I try to reset the password, my email is not found. If I try to set up an account with said email, sign up fails. Tried clearing cache, data, and reinstalling (has worked in the past) with no luck. All attemps to reach support have been unsuccessful.
The app doesn't work. It shows me and my partner as offline all the time. We tried he thumb kiss feature, and we never connected even though we were simultaneously doing it. The messages are also slow and there is no way of knowing if the person is present in the conversation until you receive their message. Not great.
Great, Until It Completely Failed. Up until two or so days ago, this worked splendidly. Then it completely stopped updating, sending messages, always me to edit moments, etc. When i tried reinstalling the app, it says i don't have an account when i put in my email. hopefully this gets fixed, because it had everything i wanted
this app was amazing. i used it all the time with my sub, and it was great for keeping jet rules and calendar dates in it. but on the 22 of April, we can no longer text on the app. the developer abandoned the app back on 2015, so i wouldn't bother getting this. it has too many glitches and bugs.
I loved this app but if you have any issues at all there is absolutely no support what so ever from the creators. if you get signed out you lose your account because your password does not stay valid. if you try to recover your password the app can't seem to find your email. if you re sign up using the email that can't be found it will tell you that email is already in use. tried reaching out to support email, support forum, and Facebook and no one responds. last update was 2015
I've used this app in the past and really enjoyed it! the drawing feature allowed me to send sweet little things my then-partners way! I have one main complaint though: Not everyone has 1 primary partner. I keep thinking of using this app again, but that would require excluding one of my partners, which I have no desire to do So I would love to see it allow you to either link three people into one chat, or allow you more than one account. I would happily return then.
The only things I would want to see changed are.... -A full calendar, so multiple days can be blocked for an event. -Being able to delete a conversation instead of one message at a time. I find this to be extremely aggravating. Aside from those two issues, this is a great, functional app! Those things being changed would get 5 stars from me.
