Extremely aggravating after taking pics of receipts to have to hunt down every item you've purchased to "scan the barcode." I usually forget to finish the redeeming process because of that... If I do remember to scan the products, unless your camera flash is on, and sometimes even then, it doesn't work. Favorite apps are 1. Fetch Rewards 2. Ibotta

The app will automatically take the picture of the receipt for you as long as you hold still I just noticed this just now and love that. I have erbs palsy in my right arm so holding the phone still and then hitting the button on the screen is a bit hard for me. I hold the phone in my right hand and hit the button with the index on my left hand. And my right hand always shakes. With the auto take I can hold the phone with both hands. Much easier. I like the feature.

I do A LOT with reciepts, everyday and this is BY FAR one of thee best apps, if not THEE BEST RECIEPT APP out there!! I have NOT had one issue with taking pictures of the reciepts or upc's or anything of that nature. I had one question and I emailed them through the contact info in the app and they replied really quick and was very helpful!! There are alot of great offers all the time and lots of money to be made/saved!!! =]]]]

You can't use physical coupons with this application. You only get one coupon per product. I haven't tried more than one item one physical coupon and getting another product without a coupon. Would it work I wonder. Great for when you don't have physical coupons, but easy to forget that you used one especially with automatic coupons for being a member like CVS.

This app is very easy and legit to use I would have gave it five stars but there's not very many offers. The other thing I do not like about it is what offers are there most of them have specific stores you have to use them at or they're not very common items whereas my other shopping coupon app has free offers where you get the item free or buy one get one and it has a lot more stores and variety of offers and it's easier to get PayPal rebate That's my only two complaints about this whole app.

I'm giving 1 star for now. Only received 1 rebate so far. The 2nd rebate for $1 on viva paper towels seems to be an issue. Everything was done correctly but they said I did not claim the offer. You cannot proceed if you didn't claim the offer, scan receipt and product bar code. They told me to resubmit receipt, which i did, but still no rebate. I just submitted my 3rd request (3 rebates on a walmart receipt). Will revise my review when it is necessary. For now, 50% is a failing grade.

Ever since the last update it no longer accepts receipts. It will say that they were submitted but two to three days later you'll get a message "we didn't get it. Please submit it again." I for one, simply don't save receipts for days on ends. Plus the scanning of the receipt is ridiculously difficult. You have to be at the exact right distance and not move at all as it scans otherwise you have to start over. So many other similar apps take one picture with very little effort and work.

Awesome app. Excellent customer support. Was nervous to try due to other negative reviews. Was missing credit for an offer and submitted a request to have it corrected. Quickly got a reply asking for more details about the purchase. Sent the documentation and the credit was in my account the next day.

Wow this app used to have 4+ stars, it's going down. It's always a bad experience trying to submit a coupon for the item you didn't use a store digital coupon for. But them crediting the $1 but not the $2 or $4 is too much, never using the app again, I prefer to print the coupons even though I really wanted something more environmentally friendly. Customer service never replies to me so I'm not messaging support. Keep drawning.

I have scanned several reciepts and products and have only received 2 small rebates and I don't even know if they are in my PayPal account. Reciepts are too hard to scan and it doesn't give you anything. Too much work to receive nothing! It won't match your product to the receipt.

I easily take pictures of my receipts. Scan product barcode. It gets verified. I get my rebate money deposited directly into my PayPal account and I get notified when that occurs. Has worked smoothly so far...

I'm disappointed in this app, I used to love it but now it's giving me a hard time with my redemptions, they don't read my receipt right, saying I already used manufactured coupons on the items when I didn't on all of them. I even contacted them and they said they can't do anything about it. Ridiculous

I've had to contact customer service with almost every receipt I've uploaded because the app simply isn't getting all the items. Or it'll say one isn't valid when it is. Pretty annoying. It's cool they send the money to your PayPal though. They need to work through some of these bugs though.

It feels like this app knows when you buy something. More than once in the past week, I activate a coupon, buy the item, go to upload my receipt, and either the deal is gone, or if it is still there, they take too long to process it and then say the deal is no longer available. Even if I checked the deal while I was in the store shopping. Feels scammy.

Multiple problems. Linked loyalty card feature is poor- won't take card numbers and when is linked, no credit is given for products with rebates. When credit is finally issued, whoknows what for? Mostly target offers. New review March 2022- app is gotten even worse!!! Contacted customer support repeatedly! Promise to credit acct but do Nothing! Linked cards are not being redeemed either. Complete waste of time!

Your app. Save me money! I love it. I have an Android and I only see certain parts of the page so it's hard to use on my phone. Where the desk top or iPad where I can see the whole page and different sections to go into. Obviously I can't take my computer with me. Are they any updates for your app?

They show some nice coupons and usually they refund the coupon amount to your PayPal account. That is really nice. However, if your money doesn't show up in your PayPal acct, you are given a complete run around. I know it's a small amt but not the point. When I inquired about it I was told that it was deposited & check my PayPal acct. Uh hello, don't you think I did that BEFORE I contacted you. So yeah. I'm not wasting my time anymore with this app. I learn quick.

DO NOT USE THIS APP! Do yourself a favor and print them before you go in store. WHAT THEY DONT TELL YOU is that if the store gave you some sort of discount the App won't apply the coupon to your receipt - defeats the entire purpose of having this on my phone! Me personally will be deleting this app its useless

I've been having issues with redeeming coupons. I submit them, the 2 days later it say I must first active the coupon which I've done already. I do it again and 2 days later...the same thing. I see other people are having the same problem so I know it's not me.

Was great but not now. I'm being approved for offers but never receiving credit! I was missing $1.00 3 weeks ago. Support said it would be deposited in 7 days but it never was. Now I'm owed $12 for 2 approved offers. It says deposit failed but there shouldn't be an issue because PayPal is linked & verified. Takes a bit to receive assistance & what good is it anyway when they still don't deposit even after resolution?? It seems they put you off thinking you'll forget! I hope that's not the case

App used to be amazing, and money used to be sent straight into your PayPal. But ever since the last update, not only has none of the money said to be " coming within the next few days" ever show up, but none of the receipts are ever accepted. What a total waste of money, and time. Will make sure to tell everyone I know to steer clear of Coupons app.

Target has disappeared! The app tells me it does not even recognize Target as a store but has offers that are "only at Target). I did a haul yesterday that included deals off this app to make the magic happen. Even submitting from "a store not listed" the app recognized the receipt as a different store and wouldn't accept my purchases as valid. When I contacted support they did not address the problem of TARGET IS GONE!

This app is really bad, very little useful offers, and the ones that are good take weeks to get cash back. People don't want to wait that long we will just use the paper version for instant savings. Good idea but poor execution. MARCH 2022 Over a year later still no useful coupons? Anything going on here or did you just make a whole app to do nothing?

Barely works! I go to submit a receipt take all the pictures... app closes and nothing happens. I have to try over and over. I do like to use it because places like Walmart are horrific for couponing with paper coupons... I wish this worked better.

You cannot scan product in store to verify it is the right one. Changed my review. Never got my payout from January and was told several times it would be deposited to my account. Another thing is they keep saying my offers weren't activated before hand so I will not be paid. They might as well close the app nothing you do gets u cash back even when reaching out to customer service for solutions nothing gets resolved.

Clearly, no one from "customer support" even reads what you send in and as it stands thus far, they cannot read a calendar either! Don't bother, they will tell you that you didn't activate the offer before your purchase although the dates of activation are clearly before the purchase then they send some jumbled excuse or response that makes no sense or even worse, has nothing to do with what you wrote in about at all! FALSE ADVERTISING, CHEATS, AND LIARS!! As bad as Ibotta!

Used to like this app but recently my rebates are approved, but then the payouts fail. I contacted paypal and they said their is no issue on the paypal side. I've tried for over a week to contact coupons support but they just ignore my support request. Starting to seem like a scam. They owe me 38 bucks.
