Apparently the app is not compatible with the Samsung S4 tablet. I use the tablet instead of the phone mainly to see the map on a bigger screen, which makes driving much safer. I also have a floor mount to hold the tablet at a level that does not block my view yet does not take my attention completely of the road. I have not started using it yet, just finishing the sign up and waiting for activation.

Caviar Prime is the main job i have at the moment and so when the update came through and the format was refreshed i was real happy to see how easy it was to use the app again. It is so straight forward with itself. You can see the times of peak pay in the app. What your milestone's are and how to contact live support if you have to do so. I have not noticed a glitch in the app yet. But would like it if the App had In-App Navigation so that i wouldn't have to use Google Maps.

I don't like this app. I do deliveries and It won't let you change the settings - at least, I can't find it. If a delivery comes through, it's like ur receiving a text. And the fonts are small, you have pull over to read it. Please make it to where the deliveries readings can be made bigger, and can pop up like somewhat like Uber Eats does.

I was on since the app was Orange and only had 2 times to work and you could only work those times. They helped when I was homeless and needed income worked great except when it wasn't updated but never a significant problem. A few dropouts in elevators but that's normal. Now they're part of doordash which can't make their app work. I had a good 5 year run though.

Quite a few bugs. Wont let you finish a trip if you arent next to the drop off which is a problem if there is no service there. Another issue is the view order screen doesnt appear sonetimes causing s trip to be missed. Lastly it takes wsy too many clickd to reject a trip when most people are on a road the reject button should be one tap and finish

Platform is so slow, and forces you over to alternative navigation that is highly flawed. The time system is all wrong for picking up orders. Just a lot of issues between the reataurants and the app. Over all it works well. When an order is going to take an hour to complete and we are contractually obligated to wait and take it, we as couriers aren't making good money. There needs to be communication allowances to alliw for reassignment without 7 layers of support.

Omg, this app ROCKS compares to doordash! Parking advice at restaurants. Quick pick ups. Good tipping customers, and you keep 100% of tips! The app is clean, plenty of time to accept or reject orders (1:30 min compared to door dash 30 sec) and it's got a darker default display which is easier on the eyes at night. I hate driving to Seattle for big money nights but I'm gonna actually enjoy it now, so long as the company doesn't get ruined by DoorDash when the buyout is complete.

Deceptive app, advertises an ESTIMATE of pay when a driver receives an offer which is suppose to include base fair and tip. After the completion of the task the driver must wait 2-3 hours to find out that they didn't actually receive the tip that was advertised but actually no tip at all. Rarely you may receive a higher tip than advertised but more so than not you receive lower or no tip at all. What should be a $9 trip ends of being a $3 trip

I've used the Courier App for over a year. It works very well and usually alerts me with a loud ringing tone and text message pop up and tone notification. when an order has been delivered. The problem I've had with it is when Im talking to someone on the phone, I end up totally missing the order because I dont hear the notifications while talking on the phone or see the text message because I God didn't put eyes in my ears.

The app cannot seem to operate in the background,but the developers didn't think to tell us that.That would be an irritant dropping it to 4 stars if it merely caused me to miss getting orders when I browse FB while waiting.But it also means that if I use Maps to help me get to the restaurant or the customer's house,it goes off line,taking away further opportunities and hiding my progress from the customer.For that I drop it to 3 stars.

When I started with Caviar a few years ago my experience couldn't have been better but with recent pay cuts and massive app issues only getting worse I cannot recommend this to anyone at the moment. The email support has been completely unresponsive as of August 2018 and the live chat seems to be a bot now or at least they are giving canned responses to get rid of you instead of actually helping you like they used to. I hope they are just overwhelmed and this is temporary, we will see.

It keeps stopping. Won't let me view orders to accept them and that makes it looks like I'm an unreliable courier. I don't like it. Please fix this bug. An order just came through via text message while uninstalled and now I'm going to try again to reinstall it for the 3rd time today.

app has too many bugs: payout history blank pages, crashing randomly, connectivity issues, etc. Emailing support is pretty useless at times because they're obviously overwhelmed with so many emails so they miss a lot of what i write in my emails and pretty much tell me not to worry about it, and are always vague with their responses.

It's an app that works every time 40% of the time. If I got more than one delivery a week by Caviar, I'd rate this upgrade that I'm just finding out about and now downloading, a "6 Stars". Hopefully this changes the number of deliveries I would have otherwise missed out on.

Its not perfect. Compare it to Doordash, Postmates and GrubHub, thats why I gave it 5 stars. The transparency of moneys alone is enough for a good review. It pays more than the other apps I have mentioned, about $10 per delivery. If you only work peak hours and days, you can easily make $20hr. The downsides, the app is a little slow. They dont give you the customers address until you pickup and verify the order at the restaurant, but they do show you the neighborhood. No penalties.

"Redesigned new orders screen and payout dialog for a more detailed earnings breakdown..." - no map on the home screen anymore. Hence, no idea if you are in or close to delivery service area. Hence, no wish to go online anymore. Please, bring the map with a delivery zone back to the home screen. And please, give an option to silence annoying notifications. Update: good news! The map with delivery zone is on the home screen again.

DONT WASTE UR TIME!!! Very glitchy. Constantly get double text of an offer that has expired but no offer is in the app. Get the something went wrong message every 10 minutes. it's $2.50-$8/hr job that is pointless. The heat map is a joke. Sat in the hottest hot spot for 3 hrs and got one order during peak that worked out to .40/mile. Waiting pay is awful and Caviar does everything not to pay it. Too few customers and tons of drivers. Not upscale or premium in any way. 75% of orders NO TIP.

Thank you for setting the notification to only sound when recieving an order. For some reason the map added in the update, which others say shows real-time hot zone levels, only shows a regular map page on my phone. I have a recently purchased and updated Samsung Galaxy J3 Android phone.

The notifications on my phone stayed on my screen all day today and I couldn't pick up orders or see orders. Then suddenly order came was able to accept after 2 hrs and then notification popped back up blocking what restaurant and delivery address so annoying! Total app glitch

Best delivery app I've used, easy to figure out, customer service could be a little faster on the response time, but hands down very little issues. The navigation opens quickly, but I woukd like to suggest you have it go back to the caviar order info once you've reached your destination, kinda how Lyft does.

why everytime there is a new update caviar makes it worse? after i exit the map it starts alerting me for mo reason. not only is it annoying for me but the people around me as well. please please please fix this problem! it is confusing because i think i am getting an order every time and it is very annoying because its keeps alerting me for no reason. sometimes im ignoring it because i know its nothing and then i look at my screen and i have an order. it is making me miss deliveries.

The app will bot recognize my password every few days. I have had to reset it several times, and even u i stall/rei stall the app to get it to work. And when I try resetting my password something else messes up and it doesn't let me.

i worked for them Never gotten paid. I worked for Caviar in Manhattan NY, I did 20 delivery. I never got paid for the deliveries i did. I emailed support for helped. They told me it failed to send me my payment. I never have any issues working for other companies using the same account. I email them over and over again no one responded back or they tell me to wait Everytime. its been a month and still haven't gotten paid yet. its only $166.82. Its the fact they ignore me. Everytime.

Just cleared cache and memory of app because I'm not being paid. I can't log back in now and I've tried to reset my password with every email in my name. I'm locked out of my existing account and scheduled to work Wednesday through Friday. This wouldn't be an issue if wages were being transferred to Cash App like normal. Fail.

Cash support team not so helpful. When I made my first two days of delivering it was strange the money didn’t get deposited. I found out that they were deposited onto another cash tag account. I’m pissed, still in the process of finding out when and where I will get my money. I’m super skeptical of delivering for them now.
