SCAM ALERT! They do the same exact thing of legalmatch or avvo or nolo or the yellow pages or the internet or every single state bar can do for free BUT they charge money instead!!!! Court Buddy does charge money for simply putting you in touch with few attorneys. The free version will only put you in touch with max 2 attorneys who won't bother respond to you!!! Court Buddy doesn't make them respond because they also charge attorneys so attorneys can ignore you as much as they want!!
I would never recommend this service to anyone. I used CB to hire a lawyer to handle a matter which she assured me she could do, in fact she suggested this course of action. I felt confident at first because CB charges an additional fee to protect you in case you are not satisfied with the lawyer (at least, so they say). The lawyer did no work, I had to constantly send her messages to get an update of which there was none. I contacted CB for a refund and was told there is nothing they can do.
It's not working. For the past few weeks, it keeps saying "oh snap! we encountered an unexpected error." And I need it soon......
Server outage with no response from CB. Can't reach a PC with an immediate need. Not happy with CB right now, especially since I just paid for a membership...
Please be aware and be very careful. Do not use this company to find lawyers. Not only you have to pay a membership fee, you even have to pay extra fees when you pay a lawyer. This company charges both lawyers and customers. What's even more disturbing is that Court Buddy allows attorneys to treat customers in the most appalling way ever witnessed.
horrible! it was not true. i needed an attorney for 1 appearance only and the fee was not $250 but rather 7K. Basically i can just google an attorney for less..horriblw app..waste of tim
clumsy app and not worth the time or frustration. i paid led the paid service and have not received a reply back.
Horrid company. I don't know one person in the country in all my Military years that have been satisfied with this service nor can they name one lawyer that reached out positively. The Customer service representatives are ok they make the connection or so they say unless the lawyers just stuntn. Probably get a tax write-off for even signing up. Idk I was greatly disappointed. I hope they help someone bc they never even reached out or contacted me to help
they lied they charge fees on top of the over priced not low affordable or cheap low income lawyers. nothing against the lawyers but they should not be on a site where they maintain regular pricing

Horrid company. It has been reported to me that client matches are not "exclusive" and can in fact be matched with at least two attorneys. Company charges a 15% "protection" fee each time a client pays their attorney and now charges clients to get matched with attorneys. Utter trash.
I contacted 2 lawyers and only one responded. The one who responded scheduled a phone appointment for a time when she was not available. I work nights and specifically set my alarm for the scheduled call. She was rude, telling me that she already had 5 appointments scheduled before me, acting like she was doing me a favor when she was the one who suggested the time. No apology either. How utterly unprofessional! Lawyer keeps harrassing me online and via phone. Only able to leave vm for CS.

good app but oversized. 37 MB is just too fat for what amounts to a legal messenger / venmo

After a paying customer is defamed,mocked,bullied,mistreated,lied to,threatened & harassed by an awful attorney right on the CB platform,a negative review regarding such experience is removed by CB as the solution? Where is the freedom of speech? Why CB cares more about attorneys than actual customers? Why CB not only enables such attorneys awful conduct but even encourage this behaviour, rewarding them by removing (non-offensive non-objective) negative reviews posted by the mistreated customer?

APPALLING *SCAM* APP created by conartists supporting lawyers who are crooks and will either: 1)Ignore you;2)Bully you;3)Mock you;4)Refuse a flat fee;5)Harass you;6)Threaten you AND 7)If you try to post a 1star review about it: CB will remove your review & kick you off the platform after falsely claiming that you were not enough of an 'active' member & after falsely accusing YOU of harassment against them for wanting your review uncensored!!!!Proof available for everything stated in this review.

right now I am extremely disappointed. i upgraded to the paid "most popular" menbership a week ago and have recieved 0 communication from CB and 0 referrals. I will give it another week and then cancel with a very bad taste in my mouth.

Useful for communication on the go
does not allow use of sd card to install itself on so instead bloats internally until that requires it be uninstalled completely so other apps or saved pages/ open tab cache's in chrome etc. can bloat instead. Apps like mini opera can be moved to sd AND cache data to it freeing up hundreds of megs otherwise lost. apps like this default to being locked internally residing from inept negligence without cause. it is by far the easiest improvement developers can make; literally in seconds!
they charge fee a 15% then the lawyers they have matched are not cheap they are charge regular rates so now you pay the same rate retainer what ever they decide to word it as. plus the fees just another company trying to take a piece of the pie. And this is ad words for low income and cheap affordable
