Bill pay and transfers this Credit Union on time they have bounced my accounts. My bills were never paid as far back as 6 months even though I paid my bills on time through their system. Wrecking my credit score.
It's pretty good. Functionality is pretty comparable to the desktop/browser. Fingerprint recognition is very nice. Behavior can be a little weird sometimes with the back button and some modules have strange behavior (activating fast balances for instance). It would be nice if "secure forms" was accessible from the mobile app, doesn't make much sense. It also doesn't make a whole lot of sense that you can't open attachments in secure messaging, only on the desktop site.
This app used to be very handy for doing my banking. But for the past week, I haven't even been able to log in because before I even get a chance to put in my username, I get error that says "Page not found: this connection is untrusted". I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app 3 times so far and also went to the settings and cleared the cache and data that was recommended to me and the app is still not working (I use a Samsung Note9 btw). It's great when it works, but not now.
Having facial/fingerprint login is a great feature but having to get a text message to verify for security every time is very frustrating! Apps are supposed to be convenient not a hassle. Once you are in the app its good just getting in is a hassle that is very frustrating. If this gets fixed I will change my rating. UPDATE: After the developer told me how to change the advanced security settings the app no longer requires verification. Good app
Had to dispute a charge on my account. I was able to do it through the app and was refunded the money the very next day! 5 stars!
Works amazing I wish the fingerprint was easier to set up thought otherwise works real good and online deposit is nice!
That's it...been with covantage for 50 years, but it's time to go !! Update still doesn't work, and I can't work with a bank that far away, where I can't check my account ! Update ? I started with Co-Vantage when it was by the river, across from the co-op. They were good people, worked with you,fixed things right away. My problem is solved. After 56 years, I'm leaving ! Done paying to get my money, and no longer interested in your app...too little, too late. 6 months or better to fix an app ??
The app hardly works just like customer service. Worst credit union ever. Also pulled my credit without my consent and dropped my credit score. This company is a joke
Everyone if you are having problems turn on the go daddy certificate on your device. I had mine off and the app wouldnt work until i turned them back on
USELESS. I installed this app, and can't get past the login screen: "an unexpected system error occurred. please try your request later. if the problem persists, please contact customer service". I've got the app installed so I can check my balances and shuffle money to/from accounts. USELESS.
If you like to wait for an email or text message that doesn't show up to their system errors, then this application is for you. Not being able to use a pin code and having to enter all of your login in information on an application is time consuming and outdated. Thanks developer for the poor response of a programmer who can't code.
Virtually impossible to use to deposit checks. I've spent close to five hours trying to deposit a check into my account and have taken well over a hundred pictures. No matter how amazing the lighting it will say that it's not good enough. Customer support was virtually non-existent. Offered no help at all other than "have you tried better lighting" really takes the simplicity out of mobile banking apps
Easy to use app. I am able to do most tasks in real time. If there is an issue, support staff at the bank is very helpful and has always been great to deal with. Any mistakes ( and they do occasionally happen) are delt with quickly and easily. Thank you for this easy way to bank.
Overall pretty solid. Would be a 5 star rating if it didn't say "web page not available" when I hit the back button to go back to the home screen. I'm sure it was made for iPhone users who don't have a built in back button on their phones. Please fix.
Was ok when it worked, now it doesn't work. I would use the app to check balances, pay loans, and even used bill pay a few times where I needed a check sent. But as of 2021/10/12 I can no longer get into the app at all. The error message is vague, and unhelpful.
I've used this app for quite a long time and now since last night I can't get onto to it. Keep getting "Page Not Found Connection Not Trusted" message. Don't know if this has something to do with their upgrade to the app that taking place or not. Have to use the mobile internet site for now.
Since the update at the end of October, the app will not load. Keeps stopping over and over. I uninstalled it and tried reinstalling, and it's the same result. Please fix what you broke!!
App was working great yesterday. Today I get a grey screen with a pop up saying "Page not found." I uninstalled and reinstalled it and still, "Page not found."(I have a Galaxy S8.) Has this app been hacked and all of our info being sucked out to someone while you guys sit there and "try to resolve the problem?" I see in the comments this isn't unfamiliar territory. So what's the story, here? Why are we blocked?
Latest update broke this app weeks ago, both for my wife and I on completely different Android based devices. I don't know what CoVantage's customer service can do over the phone, but I don't know many people who care to sit on the phone for mobile phone tech support, let alone have the time. Either roll back the broken update, or push a fix. Not sure what else can be done here.
i got a new phone so had to make sure all was good for every app. this one I dislike right now, it kicks me out of the app says my ID or password is incorrect and the after so many tries with making a new one locks me out. 2 days and still doesnt work, I've tried everything. not happy, this is how I pay my bills is with online banking.
Never had issues until a few days ago and keeps telling me page not trusted. I've cleared cache, uninstalled, reinstalled, etc. Normalky I wouldn't care so much but during covid-19 bank lobbies are closed and I moved 40+ mins from closest covantage. Ugh!!!!
I love this app makes life easier for me since I'm on the road 90% of the time but I haven't been able to log in due to an error message of "not trusted connection." This is annoying and hopefully it gets resolved soon. Very disappointing
Convienence, very easy app. I set up transfers, make my bike payment or just check my balance. Mobile deposit is great, except you have to enroll and it doesn't always work
I love covantage but this past week I've had to uninstall and reinstall the app because it would stop working and close before I could even get into it. Even reinstalling it would only allow me to access my account once before acting up again.
Pretty good app, but there are A LOT of error messages, have updated it and still the same thing LOTS of error messages, I hope it is fixed soon, I love CoVantage, best rates in town but the app when it acts up is enough to drive a person crazy.
