If you hate it when you add you music to your phone from your computer, and find that the phone didn't upload the album covers. Well, this is the application of settling your frustrations. I have thousands of albums, and maybe 1% of the covers uploaded to my phone. But thanks to this application I now have a complete album library. Album covers, and all. So, to the developers of this application, I say Bravo, Bravo. 5☆'s
It rates low... I have a bunch of songs on external SD Samsung S5. This program finds a few on internal but none on SD. For this major oversight, program rates a 1 since it does boot but has no value to me since it won't process external card. Good try, guys.
It seems like an ok app to have if your music consists of somewhat popular albums or musicians. If it's somewhat obscure of a musician or band it probably won't find the right cover. Would be one star because this app didn't help me at all but is two because it might help someone else.
Found the correct art for about 1/3 of my albums. Of the rest, some very common albums couldn't be found (e.g. Californication by RHCP) or turned up a completely different album (Dark Side of the Moon, for example) with no way to select a different one. Very disappointing.
Now it randomly tries to update covers on its own. Plus give me pop up app recommendations. Uninstalling for being intrusive & a little bit shady by knowing I'm rooted and suggesting apps for root users. It doesn't need to know that
Never Shuts Down. The app continues to run in the background searching for album covers. It will not stop, even after force close. It only found 20% of missing covers, but your competitor found 90% of the remaining 80%. I am uninstalling. App is free, so ads are necessary, but do you really need to subject users to the number of ads you do?
It does what it was claimed to do. It fetches the album artwork and make my music library beautiful, but after 2 days or less, all the artwork that the app took, went away. So I have to re download them. Not fair
After having to abandon my former app, due to its incompatibility with the latest version of Android I downloaded this and it picked up 550 covers from a total of 552. A pretty eclectic selection too.
There are a few albums I wasn't able to find but it works better than any other app I've used on android. Most others I've tried don't have an option for finding all the missing artwork. Out of about 200 albums it could find all but 4. Pretty solid results
Brilliant app. I used to have a different app for downloading covers, but they were low quality. Unlike that app, this is great! The covers I've downloaded are all high quality, and none of them have been wrong. However, I have 2 downsides. First is that I have an annoying white box around the covers, which I know shouldn't be there. Secondly, some of the covers are a bit off-colour, which isn't great. If these 2 problems were fixed, I would give the full 5 stars.
App does not work well w/ my Note 5. It notifies me of a certain amt. of covers being retrieved, but delivers poor results. Either I end up w/ totally wrong covers, or none at all.
Gave me such ugly art work . but when I went to albums on the app it gave me other suggestions and it was all fixed. I suggest you do it that way instead of making the app do it by its self. 😊
Doesn't just attempt to plug the gaps, also overlays legitimate album covers with totally unrelated artwork. After you've spent considerable time correcting the errors it reverses your hard work before you can exit the app.
It's an useless app. Once I download a cover I can see it in my album art. But if I turn off the phone and turn it on again the old album art reappears.
Downloaded this when updating to 5.1.1 deleted the album covers. The old app I had did not do a good job. This one's the best. Most of my albums are older stuff....REAL older. This found all but 7. Hopefully, this one will be around longer than the last two I used (would have given it five stars except for the ads...).
Most of the time it gives me this unknown Hinson cover. I don't know if it just doesn't know Christian music or what but I will be uninstalling.
They don't really have my classical albums down pat yet but thats the only problem so far
It fetches at for albums that don't exist outside my phone but simple real popular albums it failed to find cover art for. Garbage
Used app to get the album cover art I was missing, and decided to see if it would (or could) grab book covers for my audio books (LibriVox, etc.). Found EVERYTHING I searched for--even obscure sci-fi and 19th Century ghost story compilations. This app is the best I've used. Thanks, my friends!
Annoying notification that say it's getting my album art when I don't even open the app. Happens a few times a day. It got about 90% of my album art, but the notifications were annoying and it'd a bug that needs to fixed. I'll be using a different app.
Every time I can't fetch an album cover, I can't search it because the app always says it is unable to find anything. Get some more albums please
But after a few years use now, could be much better finding missing art from tags. So many times incorrect album art is shown. I will be keeping this installed and see if any improvements are in the pipeline.
I really wanted to like this app, mainly because of the speed. It's really fast and I'm a fan of cover finders that present you with the right choice right away, instead of a list that you have to pick through to find what you want. Unfortunately, as quick as it was in deciding what I was looking for, was countered by the wrong choices in album art, with no way to do a direct search. Oh, you can do a search, but when that comes up empty, you have no recourse. So unfortunately, I had to uninstall and can't recommend. Hopefully the accuracy issue will be addressed in the near future making this one of the best album cover apps out there.
This so called 'wonder app messed half of my correct covers up, even replacing one album with a shoe, yeah I was shocked to see a shoe as a cover, damn! Plus it's not supposed to replace cover arts but adding missing ones, so I thought. And always looking art up for whatever reason, even though it's not necessary. How irritating!
