An "add to" button for bill of lading would be nice. Sometimes I forget a page or receipt for a bill of lading. I end up scanning it as a trip manifest instead.Good app. It does log out from time to time. Usually when I'm in a hurry to keep moving. Lol

It gets the job done but I wish you guys can make a delete button when sending the wrong paperwork to the wrong location. I know it's confusing when the receiver receive the errors and correction.

Stopping receiving messages 2 weeks ago! It's been almost 4 weeks now and app is still not working properly. Can't sent and my inbox has been empty the whole time.

Could be better if every sequence would show it was completed and wont allow you to reenter same info a second time.

Does everything it's supposed to and is easy to navigate. No lag or problems switching between tasks

very good experience only problem is can't use sometime when a passenger in personal car to view loads for the week.

I'd like to be able to view my HOS in more detail. Also I'd like to be able to make a notification when my load assignments are pre planned.

In the middle of my shift it logs me out of Cowan Connect and have to go through the entire log in process again to be able to change duty.

Fairly easy to use. But it constantly makes you sign in. As long as you are an employee it shouldn't

Good app but has issue with hook trailer message. Will not let you input letters into location code field.

Very unstable on google pixel 3a. Causes phone to restart when scanning documents.

easier to take pictures with your phone and then upload the photo. No flash with camera

Very good app can lookup different loads especially when you have to scan

This app keeps throwing me out and I uninstall it and then it doesn't let me get into it again.

Can not receive messages without messages I do not have all the info that I need.
