Over all cowboy has very nice response rate for all kind of problems, I installed today the new version of the app (2.8.2) after that nothing worked any more, no Bluetooth connectiviy (I reinstall the app twice and it was not possible to connect) the only way for a fast fix was to download an older version (APK). Maybe my phone is the problem but before it worked like a charm.
Recent updates have resolved most of my issues with weird turn by turn directions and lost connection to the bike. Still occasional glitches like navigation stopping in the middle of a ride, but otherwise everything's good. I do wish the bike battery percentage was more obvious during navigation.
Much better than I expected. Reliable connectivity (I'm a Pixel user), good interface. Just few usability issues like no support for split screen and Google Fit integration is missing. Great start and hopefully keeps going!
I just ran the latest update on my bike, from the app... I mean, how cool is that? I love the clean look & feel of the app and of course having reference to the power and speed of every ride. Fantastic already and improving with further development.
Unacceptable : after 2 years of insurance with theft notifications, there is no way to access this key security feature anymore. Clearly unbelievable.
Great bike and great app. Too bad the app's background is white instead of black as shown in the manual and on the website.
Love the bike, the app is also good but it drains the battery like crazy. Within 2h my phone dies. Would have been nice if the bike had a way to charge the phone.
I would give you 5* if the app would not rely so strong on google services. Why the hell it give me a warning, that the app is not downloaded through the playstore? Guys! Android can work without google too. Dont rely so much on google! Thanks

I am not able to do step 2 of bluetooth pairing on my iphone XS. I am not able to see COWBOY name in my iphone bluetooth device. Please please help

App drains battery, unless you set it to sleep when in background. However, the auto unlock then fails half the time. Waiting for update...

This app always crashes whenever I open it...never a quick go since I have to clear all data every time and login again before it works again... EDIT 10/4/2022: even after the update and reinstalling still crashes when opening. Prepare yourself to still arive late everywhere...I'd expected an app required for/belonging to a >2k bike to work flawless.
