I'm having a wonderful experience with this app, it's like a minibank. Tested and trusted. I don't think anyone who comes across this app and is having issues with self-discipline when it comes to saving should pass-by, because this is your final bus stop.
Good reliable app ,it helps you to cultivate the habit of saving and therefore minimizes excessive spending, but i can't truly say that it's genuine because i haven't withdrawn yet but the interface and how it works is excellent, i can rate it higher if i withdraw my savings at the maturity stage
I've been using Cowrywise for almost 3 years now, and I am never disappointed at their service and constant improvements to make saving easy and fun. This app is good. I've heard a lot about how it helps you to save and invest money. But I'm having a huge issue: I tried putting money in the savings plan, but the money hasn't reflected on my savings wallet on the app bou I have been debited. Please help me get this fixed. Thank you!
The experience has been good so far. However, the auto monthly investment and saving feature doesn't work. My card details are saved on the app but it never processes the request or debits me.
What's up with you guys. I cant Top Up again. I mean it does not reflect. You stopped automation of my savings. Even when the automation button is on. No response from the Top Up. I hope when I need my money, there will be no problems.
At first when I created my account, everything was smooth until the second month that I have to be double charged same day and only one gets to reflect in my savings account. I don't know why? And I noticed they sometimes don't debit me on weekends. I just wholly don't understand this app. Please look into it.
Great app, but I have issue trying to link my debit card to it. it keeps saying error and I've been trying that for months now which makes my savings to be slow cos most times I just forget about it. I'll really appreciate if you guys can do something about it and moreover, how do I withdraw if I can't link my bank card to it?
To me this app is wonderful, if your services will continue like this, I am 200% satisfied. One of the most beautiful concepts of this app is you can't withdraw until maturity date is due. I have been saving since December, I took risk saving about 200,000 on an app I never used before and no one around me have used it. (Though I have used piggy vest) Until a withdrawal is made yesterday and within 2 minutes I received the alert into my FirstBank account. 🙋♂️ Greetings to the team.
This app is the best in discipline. I love to save, but things come up anyway and I end up spending my savings. I wish it is easy to delete a plan. There are times when people really need the money and they shouldn't have to go through so much trouble for it.
I have a medical emergency and I try to contact cowrywise to unlock my savings. I have emailed, sent WhatsApp messages, sent DM on Twitter but no response. The chat function on the app is useless as you are not even allowed to chat with an actual customer agent. All I get are canned responses. It's an emergency. Why save up money if you can't use it when you really need it? Piggyvest allows me to unlock my savings whenever I want. I need my money guys. Unlock my savings and delete my account.
Good app overall, easy to use interface and it's 100% legit, coz some people still doubt its credibility. I don't know if it already exists, but then I would really love it if you can include a budget planner menu to the app, where users can make a budget based on their earnings and create goals and plans money wise all on the app at once. I would really love it and appreciate it if you could consider this, but then it's just a suggestion.
I love the fact that I can save daily or however I choose to. However, I can't seem to save anymore after the first day. I thought it was programmed to debit your account of the amount you choose to save, on the basis of how you chose it. I save daily but after the first one, they didn't debit my account again and I tried seeing if there was any where in the app that I am supposed to click or tap every day for me to save but I can't find any. I hope you can give me a guide on how to use it oh.
Cowrise will never seize to surprise you. Their previous app model was much better than this, the current one hides important informations an owner needs to know, this is why piggy vest is always a better choice, they make smart moves. I use the two apps. By the way, I know the exact date of my two withdrawals dont play with me
great for long term investments where discipline is considered a lot of investments never get to actualize the snowball effect much more of compounding interest.And I can say boldly that cowrywise will help you actualize the 8th wonder of the world. Compounding effect.Its short of one star cause I believe in the principle of continuous improvement so exceed your limits and let's do this.
So far so good i like the app most esp the displine, you can withdraw until your muturity date, seriously it is helping me to save for the future without any distraction. But pls always remember to keep it simple.
My friend told me about this App a month ago and promised it was legit. I tried saving with cowrywise, but they're so slow in processing payments I have to send emails telling them to confirm my payments. It's so frustratin
The new upgrade is not necessary for me it's annoying amd its not helping here what to be look into is the user interface and app development not the guard of a thing It's not about me getting back at you the real fact is changing the upgrade or removal of it the one who bring about the idea should be call idiot find people with good idea and innovation not dump stuff
Not all the app was working really good but after i updated minimum amount i can save now turned to 1000 please u guys should keep it to normal 100 but other things are working real goood
Everything about the app is good until you have a complain with the customer service and it takes them forever to attend to you or make corrections. It is really annoying and it makes me dislike the app already. Probably not using again after this maturity
Nice app and credible. Please can you come up with the idea of saving with recharge cards or airtime. 'cause some times you don't have the money in your account and you have the exact amount to deposit. Please consider.
Initially I rated this app so highly only to be highly disappointed. I don't how it happened but I couldn't access my account after updating the app on Google playstore. I decided to use the forgot password option only to be told invalid email but on try to open a new account I was told my email already exist. Isn't that suspicious; I think you guys are a scam. To have saved so much and how I can access my account. Sent several mails, no response. No customer service, why should one trust you
Wow! Cowrywise is indeed a great saving/investment app. I've never regretted any bit of time on the platform. It has personally help my saving habit and that of the people I recommend. Withdrawal doesn't take time like other apps. They have strong security; my #1 priority. All thanks to the developers/team of this app. Trust me, your money is 100% safe with them.
Am unable to use the app,ave tried my possible best to do it but its tell me unable to process my transaction or unknown error, and ave been trying it since last week, keeps on repeating the same thing

Its a great app overall..... Buh it takes longgggg to withdraw from my account. And now i can't add money to any if my plans it keeps saying the minimum is 100,000.

Using the cowrywise app to save is amazing. There are lot of plans and you can save at your convenience. But, I will really appreciate it if there is an option to transfer funds from a savings plan we no longer want to continue to the one we still need. Thank you.
