Cox keeps closing my support tickets, and still doesn't have an estimated resolution date. Looking to get a full refund with the 6 month operational guarantee they offer which says they guarantee it will operate as advertised or refund all service fees if they can't fix it in a reasonable time. 4 months seems more than reasonable.
The issues others have written about not being to type in login are real. There's a convoluted workaround. First copy your password, set it to remember password, then paste password into pw field. Then copy your login and paste into login field. You must do it in this order because the app will restart every time you switch between apps. As of 4-16-18 this workaround is no longer working for me.
Cannot type in Login LG V20. Fix the problem Cox or you leave my business no choice but to seek security elsewhere.
After a recent Android update, I'm unable to login. The keyboard does not register any letters, numbers or symbols when typing in the login screen.
Does not work. Will not let you type in login or password to use the app. This needs fixed quickly because I need this app for my business.
It won't work on Android phones. They know it and are extremely slow about a fix.

Can't login. Cox is aware of the issue and cannot give estimated timeline to fix it. We were sold on the service due to the app functionality only to find out afterwards that the app does not work. Terrible customer service.
