I have been unable to log into this app from day one. I know I have the correct login info, as I have logged in numerous time on my desktop. But every time I try to log in on the app, it tells me "wrong username/password". I love the desktop availability and ease of use. Just would love to be able to access that all through my android phone now.
I have figured out the menu button issue open the app, click on online file folder press and hold down the button on the lower left hand corner next to the home button then a bar will pop up to let you upload. The button that brings all the windows up to close out is also the menu button.
First, I had to figure out for myself that I had to first login to my account online and activate my cloud storage before I could login to the app. Next, the instructions refer to using the "menu button". There is no "menu button" on the screen. I had to figure out on my own that they are referring to the phone's menu button located to the left of the home button. You have to click and hold it, then a little menu appears at the bottom of the screen. Now, it still won't allow me to upload photos. No auto upl
Fails on multiple levels. Firstly, the PC app. The button that is supposed to take you to the web based cloud drive only takes you to the cox residential web page and then navigate from there. 4 wasted steps later, assuming you have password autofill on (and you rally shouldn't), you can finally access your drive. But I guess we are just supposed to stay constantly logged in. Not a great security practice Cox. Second. I CANNOT LOG ONTO A SINGLE MOBILE PLATFORM (2 separate phones and a tablet). HOW CAN THIS ATROCIOUS APP NOT SEE MY INTERNET CONNECTION? HOW EXACTLY DID I DOWNLOAD THE APP? WHY CAN YOU NOT HIRE A GOOD COMPANY TO DEVELOP AN APP THAT IS BASICALLY A CLONE OF ONEDRIVE, DROPBOX, BOX, GOOGLE DRIVE, ASUS WEBSTORAGE, WALGREENS AND SAMS CLUB PHOTOSTORAGE, PHOTO BUCKET AND SAMSUNG CLOUD; ALL OF WHICH ARE BASICALLY FREE. WHAT EXACTLY AM I PAYING EXTRA FOR. BECAUSE TRUST ME I KNOW YOU ARE GETTING ME TO PAY FOR IT SOMEHOW. NO WAY COX IS JUST GIVING ME THIS. JUST A BIG PILE OF NOPE. Update. One month later and it still does not work.
The instructions aren't helpful. From the pictures I can see above you have to already have folders on the cloud drive to upload or get any menu options?? I dont have an android menu....I only want to upload from my phone and I can't do it. If I can figure this out or even get a reply by Cox Communications I may give more stars. If not, I'll join the 1 star crew.
Does not give option to save to Cox Cloud on S4. No problems with sign-in.Cannot add account to phone. I am gonna call CC and see what's up. I pay $160 month for good internet and bad TV programming. 100 gigs is a generous amount of space. Just wish It worked like any of my other cloud drives.
Can't upload files. App only gives errors. Useless for anything except allowing Cox to collect information. Skip this app until Cox fixes it.

This is why you don't out source app development.
How do you put out an app when you can not use the menu to do anything. Please fix.
Useless because files can't be opened on my Galaxy S6. I get a message saying there is no app to open the file. I tried installing numerous office suites but nothing worked.
THIS IS THE WORST APP EVER! IT WILL NOT WORK WITH ANDROID NOTE 3. IT GIVES YOU NO OPTIONS TO UPLOAD AT ALL. A TOTAL WASTE OF TIME & MONEY! DON'T WASTE YOU TIME! WHAT A RIP OFF!
Don't bother with this one. Just crap. Errors out and cannot open any files in this cloud.
not accesible with Galaxy Note 5.... menu button needs to be updated for us as well, cannot back up or do anything at all on this app.... fix it and ill change my review
Can't upload nothing I get a error all the time says file is a zero or unable to upload
App lets you select folder of pics, actually it doesn't, it lets me goto a folder on my lg g3 and then nothing, there is no way to select any file.
Downloaded Android app by hope that going going to back up my data, but totally disappointment. MacOs app is also crashing on app launch :(
Not user friendly at all. Very hard to upload any files and I still can't figure out the menu button
It only allows you to upload one photo at a time as opposed to a bulk upload. Seriously? That's time consuming and useless considering it takes about 2 minutes to upload each photo! Until that's fixed, I won't be wasting my time with this app.
I'm the primary account holder and am unable to login to the app. Desktop works great, the app, not so much.
This app is terrible!! It has login issues and crashes when you try to open a simple photo image. I do not recommend using this at all
Why develop a cloud storage app that cannot open any file. I would love to use this to sync work files like I do with my One drive but I get an error that says No App installed to open this file. My be there is an update soon????

Needs the ability to auto upload and to get links to files, not just sharing with contacts.
