The reason you can't sign in with or have a 6 digit code to open this app is because it's for remote access with Cox technicians. THEY give you the code to put in so THEY can access your device remotely. You need to be on the phone with them for this application to work, l have Cox care for all my devices through my Cox monthly service

Installed app. It asks for a six digit connect code. Cannot find out where to get the code so app is useless

They have always been good to me. Except this last issue of me not being able to use my basic cable box for 5 months now. I've called multiple times. They've promised to send me a new box almost a month ago. But I've yet to receive it and I'm still getting charged. Not very happy!! ☹️ Sincerely an unhappy camper.
