Coyote Bounty Reporter
At the location each coyote is removed, participants will need to add one image of the coyote and enter the required information before submitting one or more coyotes at a designated check-in station.
Please keep in mind that your payment will not be mailed until the DWR receives the scalp and lower jaw of the animal.
This app is required for all program participants beginning July 1, 2019.

Just checked the app again, been a year, still not working correctly. 10 March 2020. worthless application, cannot use due to the formatting of the screen. seriously needs reworking before the DWR will get accurate data on predator numbers, location and the like. dont download as you will quickly uninstall it as it will not work
needs serious polishing. i cant get past the intial info page to submit a report. the next button is way to low on the screen buried under my phones control buttons. the popup menu is all jumbled together in one mass. If this is all we have to use this year for fall coyotes, then you better get the app polished. using an android phone.
Edit 2/12/21 Just re-installed with the new update and it looks like this is finally going to work. Need to test in the field but at least I can move through the app now. 3 stars now pending test. Edit 10/9/20- Still 100% unusable. Please fix this app your hunters are willing. Original report- I'm stuck at the first page of the new report. The "next" button is halfway under the phone menu buttons and I cant make it work no matter what I try. Needs work to even be functional. Galaxy S9 plus.
The format is useless. the bottom of the screen is cut off and the menu options are jumbled together. I am litteraly unable to use any of the app features let alone submit a report.
Of course the government can't do anything right. Also the app just decided to save seemingly every graphic to my phone's image gallery for some reason which is annoying as hell. Uninstalling.
On this app I know a lot of people are having trouble getting it to work proper. I am seeing the same on my phone. Samsung. OK here is what I finally did to get the app working. Go into settings, click on Display, Then find an click on Full screen Apps, find the coyote bounty reporter an when you click on it the option comes up to click on full screen or auto. Click on auto. This is what got everything working for my phone Good luck I hope this works for all.
Need some serious work done. Please fix it soon. The drop menu is jumbled and the app keeps failing and ending itself and not letting me do anything. Im using it on a newer phone. Wont be able to use it until its fixed.
Update#5 Feb2 2021 still not working Update#4 the app is still useless 10/10/2020 Update#3. Its officially been a year and they still have not fixed this worthless garbage disposal of an app. Update#2 app still not working after 10 months of being online. update: app still not working after 6 months. Its like they aren't even trying to make it work. the format doesn't work for my phone.
Does not work at all on my galaxy note 9. Writing is stacked on top of eachother so it is not even legible. When I do click on submit a new form at takes me to the next page but I cant click next once I get there. Absolutely nothing happens at all.
Un useable. The menu is non existent. When I go to submit report I can not hit the next button to move to the next page. Horrible and totally worthless. Fix this app.
I had the same issue with only having the first page of new report. I went into my display settings and set the zoom to medium. And it let me click on next and the app works fine
Does not work on my Note 9. IT DOES WORK ON MY TABLET. On the phone the parameters are all messed up and if you go into the settings all the settings are piled on top of each other in the top left corner
cant get past the information screen, main menu is all together.... pretty hard to submit anything if the app doesn't even work!!! prefer the paper method anyway! Samsung galaxy note 8
Was this app even tested on a phone prior to releasing to be used in place of a paper version? Can't get to "next" screen to submit report and thr main menu is all jumbled. I cannot believe the Utah DWR released this to be used as official record for compensation and clearly never even tested it.
Same as other reviews. "Next" button on initial screen is not functional. Doesn't need to be pretty, just needs to work.
Still usless. 2020 season undervway. App still doesn't work on new phones. Late release, mandatory use, not a great app when it works, needs to be junked and redone.
the app doesn't even work, it cant load past the original screen. Before making it required to fill out the kill electronically they need to ensure it works.
As a software engineer, I can tell you this app is absolute garbage. I don't know why anybody would push such buggy software to production. It's as if someone who has never coded before wrote this and published it the same week. I offered to write the program myself but the person on the .gov email address said a company is almost ready with a working program. Let's hope this is actually true.
this app will not move forward from the main screen how am I to add the info I need to if this app does not work as July 1 2019 utah dnr is no longer useing the paper form and I'm not about to go out and hunt with broken gear please fix this issue or send me info on how this app works this is just another way for them to screw us hunters over I have just started hunting over the last few years and feel with the amount of tech there trying out is making hunting less enjoyable for me
The next button is down in the navigation bar, can't get past that screen to take pictures and submit a report.
Year+ later and I still can't use the app. When I spoke with the dev over a year ago they were aware of the issue on Androids and said they were working on it. Obviously not! 🙄
As others have said, the menu options are all stacked. This app is virtually unusable. Is there a timeline for debugging?
Unusable. On galaxy note 9, when submitting a new report the "next" text at the bottom is halfway cut off and you cannot advance to the next screen making a new report impossible
This app is un-usable on my android. Like the other reviews I can't even access the "next" option when trying to submit a new report. This app needs some serious polishing.
Not able to use on Samsung Galaxy S9+. Will not allow the use of buttons. Hopefully it's fixed soon.
This app does not work. On my galaxy s10e. The menu stacks and is un readable. The next button on the submit page doesnt work.

Does not work properly. The app needs serious work. no can get past the first part due the button is too low and you cant scroll it up.
Complete garbage app! Can't do anything all buttons are off the screen you can't set or input anything because of it
02/11/2021 Update App has been update and seems to work now. Looking forward to hunting this weekend now that I can report my kills. 11/25/2020 Unable to use the app. Can't even access anything on the menu. Menu is tiny and all links are stacked on top of one another. I would attache a screen shot but thats not an option.
