get all signed up. but doesn't let you select loads to run. contacted customer support 3 weeks ago. they personally emailed me and said they are going to look into it. Coyote must still be digging up.. would not use this app. waste of download and set up time. pleanty of other apps with way more profitable 📈 runs, then using low-ball Coyote. Unless you enjoy 1.00-1.50 a mile go for it. more power to you. 💪

In my opinion The Coyote app in difficult to book loads from. With other apps a driver can simply enter origin and and empty date info and search as opposed to sending my preferred/desired lane and then receiving an email for a match.

EVERYTIME I open the app to "look for loads", all I get is current/past loads page. Have to reset password, try again. done with it!

This app don't allow you to communicate with anyone that's like their advantage for them so that they can get away with giving you cheap load so when you negotiate keep sending you the same thing that they advantage so a person can take it for cheap

when ever calling to book a load they are really nice to help you as a dispatcher. Also whenever calling to get any help for check in or help on any other problems they are always helpful and answer your questions

great app I wish It will have more options like showing the best paying load first instead of just showing the closest load first.

the pop ups to rate facilities, leave feedback, etc are annoying!

Loads booked through the app do not have contactable reps. Coyote gives fictional delivery appointments and will leave your truck stranded with undeliverable product on your trailer for days!! They are using your trailer as free warehouse storage. No broker contact or support once the trailer is loaded and held hostage.

I give a two star rating becuase of a few things. Yes, the app is great in refrence to finding loads, it gives you the basic information you need to know if you want it or not. Yes the brokers do reply to the quotes on load but My issue is what happens after you book the load, on my rate con. I do not have my broker information. I cannot update anything in the app because my load that ive booked wont show up, I have to be calling coyote which makes the app pointless to me. Just fix that detail

It always asks me to leave review which is bothers me. Also it doesn't auto update loads when starts and I always need to pull down to refresh it. It doesn't have instant Comchek lumper payment feature and I needed to call multiple times to get Tchek code which is very annoying and inconvenient. Also if you request quick pay they give you Comcheck code instead rapid ACH transfer which again is inconvenient.

This app is good to find loads and book but that's pretty much it. I've used other apps like the jb hunt app and this app doesn't give you near as many options as there's does. This app should give you the opportunity to add drivers to your account and have them be tracked through the app itself. Also, it's so hard to invoice or even add BOL info through the app. you're better off just not having the app and using your browser to do everything.

Your tech and web personnel have done an absolute 150 degree turn around. This app is outstanding now and very user-friendly!! The only wish now is that you provide a little more detail on the commodity and/or whom the load picks up from, that would be a big help. this app it's very easy to use I would give 5 stars, but no, the reason why its because it needs some more features, for example window to request lumper and get right on the app without calling in And wasting time calling two times in order to get approved, and that's an extra 30 minutes of waiting and waste of time, other than that I like it.

If I could book ALL my load with Coyote, I would. The app is easy to use, the bid option is great and NOBODY CALLS YOU unless there's a problem... and that's rare. I've been driving a while and even before the app, Coyote Logistics was great Carrier the app just adds to them

App will not let you leave reviews of facilities when you finish delivering, but they are the ones asking about the facility. Some of the counter offers are laughable to say the least. As long as drivers know their worth, you won't haul cheap freight. Why they want to place an offer that is a buck and some change and expect an O/O to accept it, is beyond me.

Very useful I can look on there and find a load that may suit me or may not because it gives the times of loading and unloading it also gives the price and the price per mile which gives me a good indication of where I want to be I'm just glad it has the information it has on it and also the option of making a offer that's very useful especially since a lot of times I only get to look at my load board at night time so I can mark it and put a bid in the next morning so thanks to Leland Gordon...

probably my favorite loadboard, I like that you are able to bid instead of just having to take what they offer like some other loadboards. but if you have the patience call to book a load because they always go higher on the rate when you're on the phone with them, got an extra 100$ today by calling on an already good load when they wouldn't budge on the app

Uploading POD images takes very long time if there many pages. Seems like app does not compress images. Also I delivered load long ago and it shows notification on top of my phone that it's still in progress.
