A horrible experience. Period! During the curfew, I registered an order through the app that contains many items. The date of delivery that was generated by the app was 4 days later, which is perfectly understood, given the circumstances. However, this date was never respected. I received the order after almost a week, with many items missing and with goods that I never ordered included in the shipment. When I complained to the delivery person, he said that I should contact Cozmo. Brilliant!

The app is good and well categorized but there are basic problems that are not allowed to happen with an app with so much effort. You can't delete any item from your cart!!! After a long time filing my cart, I had no time slots available to choose from. Next day I tried again, but this time one item was out of stock. There is no way to delete it from the list and I can't confirm my order. I wasted so much time for nothing!!!

This is not a very well thought of app. Many features are missing. 1: Cancelling and/or editing the order after placing it should be added. 2: Location by GPS is better than the current way. 3: Water is not included in the items.

I like their attention to details in shopping, if the item is not found they call you and give you the option of ordering alternative if you want, they sent you an email, in case your mobile is not reachable, you can pay by card on delivery or cash on delivery. I saw a review that you can't remove an item from the cart, but actually you can, by swiping the item you will see a red trash icon, they also stick to the time slot you have chosen for the delivery.

The app needs more refinement and bug fixing. It could be significantly better, yet it flops in so many areas that makes the app experience more difficult and unpleasant.

App keeps crashing when I try to update delivery address. Card points don't link to app. Also not all items are available that I've seen in store.

Slow, search is not smart, you can't remove the item from the shopping cart after adding it, you have to clear the cart if you want to remove a single item.

I have been trying to order from cosmo for the last month , my order was deleted twice , and I tried for the last time and today they were supposed to deliver between 1_3 didnt hear from them. I would totally advice against this system

There is no option to see what the items ordered are, nor is there an option to cancel order. Even their confirmation email does not have the items ordered.

Cancellation and editing options are not included in the app. This must be fixed. Also when you try to call them, either busy or no one answers

Most times, there are no delivery slots. Once an order is made, you can't review what you've purchased and can't cancel the order. Not a fan.

Worst application and customer service ever. It always choose a different products than the one u bought. Customer service don't care about people. The guys told me who cares if we lose couple of customers.

Worst possible shopping app. No option to delete an item from cart apart from clearing altogether and starting again.

Literally the worst grocery shopping app in Jordan. Delivery is always late. Number for customer service never works.

Limited areas with full inventory delivery and the app keeps promting new update is available but I have just installed it few minutes ago

Once a item is in your basket you can only remove it by clearing and starting over.

This application is too slow and you cant edit items after confirming the order.

After spending 2 hours in preparing my cart then it shows me that my address is not supported, the first step should be district selection before users waste their time.
