love this app, don't have time to go online a lot so i just pop open this app it get. And since it was changed from cp to true it's been easier for me.
i mostly use the app to check my balance and digitally scan checks into my account, however the new update to the UI is ugly and doesnt match at all and is kind of an eyesore. the colors could be changed and the unnecessary picture of the people in the background could be removed. stay away from reds and colors like that. other than that the app is great for what i use it for.
Don't like the fact that you can't see the deposits on the account page after making them. The old app immediately showed all transactions in chronological order (tranfers, deposits, and debits). I also preferred being able to cover pending cc/dc purchases right away instead of having to wait several days. As suggested I tried refreshing but then it shows only older transfers like from last month. If i go back to the app the next day to check it, the current transfers are visible again.
For the past few months the app hasn't been working right. It gives me error messages. Tonight it won't let me open it at all! All it does is give me an error message and says check my connections, which I have over and over! My data is on and so is my WiFi! I really needed to check the balance of my account! This app needs work its so unreliable!!
Good but not perfect. Most of the apps functions are great and much easier than using a web page on my phone. But, making a payment to my loan is difficult in app. Yes I can transfer funds directly but it doesn't update the due date if my next payment installment. Need to make a dedicated button to make a monthly payment early
For the past week haven't been able to access this app. Contacted support who told me to uninstall and reinstall. Nope. They didn't even have a record that I tried and failed to access the numerous times. Very disappointed since they became True and no longer CP Federal. Fix this or I will no longer be a customer. Update: I have changed my review from 1 to 5 stars. Someone from True got back with me next day and fixed my issue. Thank you things are working well now.
Not showing correct info anymore. When you look at transactions, it seems to be slowly losing the most recent ones. My transactions were only listing things from March 2020 and back. Today they are only showing from Aug 2019 and back.. Tried restarting the app dozens of times, refreshing the pages, and switching between accounts. But it just refuses to show recent info
Excellent credit union app. Full featured and allows me to do my banking from wherever I happen to be. I especially like the fact that I set my own banking hours. Deposits on the app clear fairly quickly during regular business hours, but you can enter the check deposits whenever you want. Good job CPF
This app has gotten so bad that I'm looking for a new bank! The continuous "Error" messages are frustrating. Can't check balances or pay bills. Forget using it the end of the month, sometimes it takes 1/2 a day for the app to be usable.
This app is crashes every since the merge! And don't tell me to Uninstall and reinstall the app because this is my third time doing it and I've cleared the cache! Its so annoying having to go through the web. This is supposed to be for convenience and its not.
Random crashes, semi-frequently the app will not open with no explanation or time frame on when it will be back. It works a majority of the time for most things.
Just updated the app for the first time since the merge, and while the app opens I can't log into my account. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app 4 times today. Came on here to look at reviews and behold tons of people are having problems. You'd think the developer would get the hint that the app needs to be fixed when this many people are having problems.
App really went down the drain after the merger. Can't view older transactions anymore and the options of what I can view are more limited, like I can't view checks made and deposited anymore, but I can if I use the website. Loading issues are prevalent as well. Really a shame, app used to be much better.
Garbage. Figured I would try and pay this online and save me a trip to bank. What a mistake. When I click on bill pay it says "error, user has not set up bill pay" behind this error sign is the add a payee button but you can't press it because of the error sign. In other words I can't set up a payee to pay them my car payment. Dont get why this is so difficult. App deleted
The app is not updating my checking account. I have made multiple purchases and those purchases is not reflecting in my account. Also, I've waited a day or so and still nothing is showing Please look into this. This is a major issue. Thank you.
Takes forever to open after password entry. Ive tried removing and reinstalling but still slowwww loading. Sometimes wont open.
Does everything you'd ever expect a banking app to do without issue. Mobile check deposit and fingerprint login in particular are handy. Only weird part is your app password is different from the website password for some reason.
Since I updated my app, I can't even open the app without it crashing immediately! Not even able to log in. It worked perfectly before I updated it.
Totally useless! Been trying to deposit my check for 2 days and so has my son who lives 2 hrs away from his bank. Will not even allow us to access our accounts. Going to have to switch banks as we depend on our mobile banking if this doesn't resolve fast. Please figure out the server issues or go back to the original one CP had.
the new app color scheme is hideous and hard on the eyes. can hardly look at it. please bring back the old scheme.
Its a great app when it works. Now i just get the error where it wont connect to server. I live out of town and rely on this app everyday. Please get this app fixed and connected
Can not open it with out crashing. What the hell it used to work just fine really miss my easy mobile app that WAS great 👍. I can't even sign in or use my finger print.
App works great for the most part. I like the new update and layout. It is similar to the old one but offers more information very quickly.
The picture behind the tranactions is very distracting and makes it difficult to read, a solid color would be more user friendly.
For the most part it does everything I need for banking, very rarely do I actually need to call the credit union or go to a branch. I must admit the opening picture gets old and I wish they'd change it from the people on it.

It still takes a very long time for the title screen to change to the home screen. Other than that I find the app to be user friendly and well laid out.
