they have been pulling out unauthorized amounts of money out of my bank account that wasnt on the agreement and ive been calling and sending emails for months and months and months for a year now trying to cancel my cpay account and nobody will reach out to me nobody will answer any of the many phone numbers that ive been calling. nobody has responded to any of my hundreds of emails. cpay has stolen $1000+ in unauthorized payments. i want to cancel my account with you guys! i want my money back!
Horrible company. Fees are insane and not what is verbally said. Read fine print. Riding out my last two months of my contact. So many issues, it's hard to know where to start.
They will take out a yearly fee and a monthly fee and charge you a $125 fee each month til you take a test for them. Dont trust this company they will rob you blind.
It aint worth it
Save yourself the headache and use someone else. The mobile payment system is a joke. It will constantly kick you out and then you have to set up the reader all over again. It will cause you nothing but problems. Oh and if you have a problem, well your screwed. Customer service isn't helpful and have no idea what they are doing and god help you if you have a chargeback because despite the extra fee you pay, they won't help you. A rating of 1 is more than they deserve
Using Square, because of transaction charges give CPay a try. Space for Input field is limited. You can't change color preference. Getting error message a lot. This app need some upgrade, need to improve to user friendly, add some preference figures, input field on products need more space etc

Updated 21 hours ago, and since then, I cannot get into the app unless I'm hooked up to WiFi, which is not always convenient or possible. There are many times that I can only be hooked up to my data. This issue makes it difficult to run payments or conduct business when you can't get your app to work. I need help to fix this problem.
The app is ok. It does the job. However, get ready to have your user name password, mech id and device id with you because it will kick you out without a warning, and it takes forever to get that information from customer service. Other than that I would say is a little expensive for small businesses, however I havent really tried other companies.
The biggest mistake for your buisness. So unreliable! Will make you look unprofessional. Customer service is a joke, nobody in this company knows how to work thier systems
CPAY helps makes business better
which is super disappointing. Cards get ran but my people can never get tips added on because of this. We're probably going to Square.
Cheaper than square. My reps pick up or stop by my Store whenever I call. Excellent customer service from Eddie and Alex
This is the worst company. Never use it.
Crashes...manual entries, no representation.,no customer service...add fees cost more than they said. Etc
I am a delivery driver and used this on a daily basis. Ever since CPays last update, the app stopped working on my Phone completely. Its a Motorola Moto G3 with Android 6.0. The app just hangs at the login screen. I am an IT Professional and tried everything I thought may fix it. Uninstalled/Reinstalled countless times, cleared my phones system cache, etc. I even talked to CPay tech support and they were clueless as to how to fix it....
After following the setup process, I am able to accept mobile payments anywhere. There has been some really nice updates recently
Using a Note 5, quits on its own often. When it "works", it's still awful. Customer accidentally touches the switch apps button on the phone when trying to sign and you have to log back in and lose tips... happens daily.
They promised cheaper then square. Turned out to be 30%.way more.
when i try to activate it says that there is no internet connection and to try again but my cel phone does have internet connection what do I do?
They have yet to respond back to me about setting up an account is been over a month I've even emailed them back and still no response i guess they don't want my money or I'm not worth their time
Cpay mobile is the best solution I have found. Local support, great pricing, and all the features....outstanding
Just crashes... can't use at all Galaxy s6. Used to work just fine
Garbage company and products. Mobile device they sent me was spotty, no chip reader and half the time won't even swipe. 1 hour on the phone just to reset a password. Transfered 3 times and sent to 3 different websites. They had me uninstall the app and then it wouldn't even work after it had been working fine. I cancelled my account with CPay as I have no faith in them to help my business.
