CPIM® ECO Exam Prep 2017

The APICS® CPIM certification has five modules that professionals must successfully pass before becoming certified. The fourth module is called Execution and Control of Operations or ECO®. The CPIM ECO® exam requires professionals to be able to identify and take appropriate action on problems within the supply chain. Other topics include how to create operational solutions when dealing with competing resources and how to explain the release of work and reporting performance via the collection of data from areas within the supply chain. The exam consists of 75 questions and the minimum passing score for this fourth module of the CPIM is 300 (scale of 265 to 330).
