CPK Pizza Dough

I have only two complaints with this ap. First, if you accidentally hit the back button on your phone instead of the one in the ap mid order, you have to start over again. That's super annoying. Second, there is nowhere to add customizations or comments that aren't standard. (ex. I wanted to add extra cilantro and onions to my pasta, but only could remove items or add proteins.)

CPK needs to fire their IT team and hire people that can fix this app. Every time, every single time, I have to re-add my payment information. Doesn't save gift cards or credit cards. "Session expired" after 30 seconds while the app is open and I'm USING IT to add entrees to my cart, so I have to redo everything. The app randomly reloads and deletes your cart. Do better CPK.

It freezes, you can't set an exact dollar amount for the tip because it only allows you to set a percentage, it doesn't keep up with the past orders properly, when I set up the app I lost all the order history from when I provided the waiter my phone number, when I asked them to fix it I could no longer log in the app. This world has too much technology for a crappy app like this one!!! Fire the techs you are working!!!

Tried to use the app tonight for dinner and it was just a blank. I mean it only had the CPK logo when I opened the app. That's just rude. Why have an app where it doesn't even work. I thought it was my phone or the wifi connection, so I Uninstaller then reinstalled and its the same. They need to really fix this app. Why have it when it don't work.

It barely works. It shows that I don't have previous orders but it shows reward redemption history (which is based on previous orders). It also doesn't save the cart if you accidentally exit. Very glitchy and poorly set up app.

Very nice app, but someone should spell check. February is spelled "Feburary" on the page where you add a credit card. Update (9/4/21): Just tried running the app because I wanted to check in while I was at a CPK tonight. App wouldn't boot up all the way, just got a black screen. Tried uninstalling and installing again but still wouldn't load/run properly. Ended up just giving my server my phone number so she could credit me the points.

invalid_grant message every single time, even after uninstalling/reinstalling. I'm not the first person reporting this error. If you don't plan on fixing it, just remove it from the Play Store.

How many years has this app been around. Menu never works, your dine in has a scan code but useless. Too much useless info but not what you need when dinning in. At least have a suggests or feedback form. The rewards section is over complicated. Just gets worse so we always revert back to using our phone number. So why use or have an app?

Used this app all the time but has stopped working 2020. Everytime I open it, it crashes before it fully loads. Looks like I'm not the only one! Award points can still be added through your phone number at store. But I used this fire take out often or even delivery but no longer possible

App crashes, crashes, crashes....tried all the fixes. No worky! Used it from incemption, worked ok. Last update, not no uninstall, cache bash, tried it all....Two different phones, same phone though, Sam Galax Note 9s....must be Samsung's problem. T-Mob & Veriz different carriers. Was a great app until it updated on 1/2/2020. Now the app will not open. It crashes every time as it is attempting to start up. Even tried deleting and installing from scratch. It will just not run on my note 10+ with android 10.

Does not work. Does not remember payment information from last use. Does not allow adding payment, camera or typing. Should link to Google Pay and Apple Pay for payments. Always shows 0 rewards. Does not show offers, have to go to my email to find deals. Should allow checking in to wait list. Ridiculous going back to writing names on a piece of paper and yelling the names into the mall, I understand not giving pagers, but could process through the app or text when the table is ready.

Useless app and deceitful. Tried to use this app for non contact payment over the weekend. I filled in my card info for payment and hit pay, gave me an error. Did it 2X and still same error. I ended up paying the cashier waiter manually. Today I checked my bank account, this app charged me 2X. So I ended up paying 3X. Now I have to drive up to the CPK place and get it corrected. What inconvenience and frustrating this experience is. DO NOT USE THIS APP!!!

I signed up because they were offering a free small plate, but it doesn't look like I'm getting it. I tried ordering on it like 5 times and had to constantly put in the restaurant that I wanted to order from. I also, thunk I'm supposed to put in a code to start earning pointa, but don't know where I'm supposed to do that. when I hit the contact us button, I couldn't write or press a number to call to let them know about this. super hard to use and will probably uninstall, pretty soon.

Worst app ever. Have to reinstall every time I place an order. When entering credit card info the keyboard covers up the screen so I cant see what I'm entering. Love their pizza, hate their POS app to the point that I've stopped ordering from them...

The design is so bad, people should be fired for it. Back up one step, your cart is emptied, can't save gift cards unless they are used and finding the option to use rewards is like searching for captain long john silver's treasures. Love CPK though, great food

Usability is bad. Lost the interest to check out the menu as it goes to the home page when I want to go back. And why not let me see the menu first before asking me to enter the ordering preferences?

Takes a little setup but it's well worth it to keep you and your server safely at minimal contact. You can add different payment methods. Could benefit from a payment split option.

Despite two times I installed this app it kept crashing when I hit guest or sign up button. I did not have this problem on my previous phone which was an iphone. My new phone is an Android. If this problem is resolved I will change my review to 5 stars.

Great app! Just wish I could view the menu without having to select a store and have the ability to add gift cards to the form of payment. That would rate this app at a 5!!

It was 5 star. Now, 1 star. It won't log me in. It just stays at the logo and won't go further. I have to keep telling the server my cell# now instead. Fix this issue already please. It's been ongoing for months now. I was waiting for the next update, but i haven't seen any in months already.

Exceptional app and food! App was easy to download using the Wi-Fi within the restaurant. Uploading my credit card info and paying the bill was easy. Jorge, Carolina, and Amaya were very helpful and friendly as usual! please bring back the potato leek soup and foccacia Alla checca! The most consistent taste of my childhood

Uodate: working great now! Great app. Seems to not work when the store you're ordering from is busy. Which defeats the purpose of the convenience. I'm sure they'll work it out.

Won't even open. It was a great app until they did the update. Now I can't even get it to open on my android. I even removed and reinstalled, still no luck. Fixes the glitches please.
