Won't let me sign in even though my username and password are correct!
The app opens but as soon as I try sign in it crashes and closes, no reason or error message is given. Looking at other reviews I'm not the only one and there is no support to fix this.
Your app is bearly functional. it keeps crashing on my Samsung s8+ . I lose my progress for essential and very long winded training. I'm very frustrated
Can't even download it contacted developer as I can download any other app from Google play store. Ridiculous shouldn't be this hard to download an app

Range of issues including; Voice over completes but no text appears and no option to continue is available, video's buffer loop, progress isn't saved, tests open with questions but no answer buttons and text box's don't load and vice versa, Visual aids and interactive scripts only partially load or not at all. I've found all of these problems and more using multiple versions of the app over many devices both android and ios. I recommend sticking to using the browser version on a pc if at all possible.
The options to start my courses appears, but when I click on it nothing loads.
No way of expanding it to fill the whole screen on a mobile or tablet, causing the user to strain their eyes. This impacts greatly when it comes to the tests at the end of each course as you can barely read the questions and answers. Also the course keeps stopping/freezing after each section so you have to exit it and then go back into it.
Hi! How do i get the user id and password... pls. Explain.
