It doesnt show my payments anymore or anything else in general!! It literally doesnt have any of my information it used to have before the app got updated. I have no idea how to add credit to my account cause it just loads forever and never pulls out any option
The newer version of the app seems to work well enough, but I can't schedule a payment without the month and day being swapped. Selecting 01/08/2021 on the app calendar results in 08/01/2021. Looks like my payment would be 7 months overdue.
Everything is perfect on the app. Easy to navigate but will not show me a copy of a paper bill to see exactly what the carges are
Since the update I haven't been able to view my bills or see usage. It was already a bit buggy but now it's useless to me. Trash app. Update-still trash and useless.
Broken, have not been able to log in for months now. Tried to reset password prompt to try again later. Deleted app and downloaded again and still is not working.
Unable to log in....Yes I'm using correct login, because I'm able to log in on web browser but not the app. I've notice people been having same issue.
Can't opn the pdf statement, It won't let you see anything on the app, I will have to use the computer, wondering what the heck you w ant an app if it doesn't work??? 🤦
online Payment processor isn't working properly. please fix error so I may pay online and don't have to go in to the store.
I wanted to use this app for bill pay but the card expiration extension doesn't let you enter the correct expiration date.
Payments for two separate account was very easy. Using the App was less stressful than online.
I have cleared cache, uninstalled, and reinstalled, still nothing! Just loading, won't sign in.
I can't make the app work with the Galaxy S20+. Is there an update available? I have uninstalled and then reinstalled.

So easy to use. I love that i can go back n view my pmt history and am done in less than 5 minutes!
Got logged out with the new update and doesnt let me login...says my info is incorrect...really bad update...should have left the older version

paid Bill's are not current on app
Too slow for billing/payments to load. I have already cleared my cache, I have uninstalled and reinstalled and nothing seemed to help. Before they changed the app, it was user-friendly and I never had issues. So now only I will use the CPL website until app is fixed.
