CPM Mobile Banking

I love the app. It's easy to use and gives enough information. There are several additional items you can use but it doesn't always transition as well. I would give it a 5 if it didn't freeze sometimes in between accounts. Still a great app to have.

I like the new app with the exception. Any time I try to log in, the app glitches. Once I tap to input my password it flashes uncontrollably and I've got to uninstall and reinstall the app. I've had to do this probably 12-13 times already. Really becoming annoying

Have used the app for a short period with no problems. Yesterday when I try to start the app, a pop up window tells me it will not stay open. Another app started doing the same. Did uninstall several times and now I have stopped using it. The app has been removed. I had no way to troubleshoot it.

When it works they way it should, it's an awesome app and is very convenient.....one thing that would make this app way more convenient is to ad a feature to make changes to account addresses with an e-signature so you don't have to go to a branch for this stuff or try to log in online to do it. If it's on the app, you can do most banking task directly from the app itself.

Every time I try to log in I receive the error message "our system is experiencing difficulties that are preventing you from logging in. please try again later. code aec4." I've been trying for weeks and from android phone, PC, and tablet with no luck. it takes all my credentials but then gives me the error message. Very frustrated

I'm not sure of any updates that's may have been installed but recently there has been a long lag before the app open on to the login screen....Before all you had to do is tap on the logo and the login screen pops right up...Now, when you tap the logo or anywhere on the page it takes about 60 seconds for the login screen to appear...PLEASE FIX!!!...Love the app otherwise!!

I love the app. Only thing I wish were different is direct payment of my cc instead of opening a new screen. Works well tho, does everything else I need it to. Setting up automatic weekly transfers was a LIFESAVER for me!

Not able to deposit checks 😪 Other than that, it's a pretty good app. ✅️

I'm able to do my banking on the go & it's so convenient!...and if there was an issue or something I didn't quite understand, all I have to do is call customer service and they'll walk me right through each step as in online!!! Great job CPM!!!👍🏼

Everytime I try to send money it says unexpected error has occured

Fantastic app with a great group of people. Sometimes they can be a little slow responding to messages, but overall, they are very good. I've been with them since 2011 and couldn't be happier now that they've revamped their app!

Latest version is unusable. Crashes every time I try to do anything but view balances. (Update) Uninstall\Reinstall fixed the issue but an update shouldn't break a working app.

The app just stopped working one day every time I try to login it would say CPM as unexpectedly stopped. Tried uninstalling the app then reinstalling it and it still won't work.

Worked perfectly for a long time now takes forever to show anything. Click to log in and have to close the app 3 or 4 times to get it to show any information or let it sit and load for 10+ minutes

Love the newest updates, biometric scanning for login is so helpful. I would only suggest allowing alerts, deposit alerts, low balance alerts...ect

Absolutely beautiful. Simple to sign up and log in. Everything you need from online banking all in one app! So pleased with the upgrade. CPM obviously cares about their members needs.

Love the app and bank reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because when I thought I lost my card I couldn't just pause it I had to call n report the card ... which I found that same day😒 do you think you can add that feature

I Love this app. I haven't had any problems. I can transfer money to all accounts even outside accounts all on my mobile phone.

I love being able to see my accounts, transactions and make transfers between each account. Would live to be able to do mobile check deposits or Zelle to my savings account.

When it works its great and very convenient to pay bills within cpm with but for the most part everytime I try to open it the app has a problem and says try again later

Not only do I love banking with CPM but their online app is super easy to navigate and helps watch over my expenses.

I love this app because it saves me time, money and gas where I don't have to leave home to go to the bank to transfer money. Plus, I can check my account daily to see if there are any illegal transactions going on with account.

I love that I don't have to go through the automated PAL system all the time, and if need be I can transfer money between accounts for emergencies.

Utilize my app daily to monitor my account..I would never want to be without it...It's accurate, concise and user friendly...

The app is constantly crashing this has been going on for about a month now. I'm unable to make payments on my loans due to this issue.
