CPqD Facilita is a completely free and unadvertised application, has the basic functionality of a mobile phone and a bundle of information and entertainment functions, as well as tweaking options to make it your own.

• Make and receive telephone calls.
• Call history (missed, received, and placed).
• Telephone contacts (add, remove, update and mark as favorite).
• Send and receive text messages (SMS).
• Check battery level and carrier signal.
• Consult date and time.
• Email access (Gmail only).
Informative and entertaining functions:
• Alarm clock with voice reminder.
• Music player.
• Weather forecast.
• CPqD Facilitates news and major portals.
• Location (“where I am”, “travel aid” and “what's around” functions).
• Camera and photo gallery.
• Text file reader.
• Access to other operating system applications.
